Jane discovers that Rafael has been hiding something from her, while Rafael finds out the truth about what happened to his father. Petra makes a play for the Marbella. Rogelio has to decide if he wants to stay in Miami at the expense of his career.

- Love Confession: Jane and Rafael make mutual confessions of love to each other at the end of the episode.
- Split Screen: Used in a flashback to where Jane and Rafael were 5ish years ago. Jane's mom is telling her how proud she is of how well organised and planned Jane has her future and Rafael's dad is telling him he's cutting him off because he has no plan and is a disappointment.
