Picking up a hitchhiker. What Could Possibly Go Wrong?

In the dead of a stormy night, Flaky's paranoia skyrockets while driving down an empty road. She spots Flippy hitchhiking alone on the street. As they meet, her paranoia over Flippy possibly snapping causes the situation to get out of control.
"Without a Hitch" provides examples of:
- Accidental Murder: Lumpy accidentally runs over Flippy.
- Cruel and Unusual Death: The second imagined scenario has Flaky's eye torn out and head bashed by a tire iron before her corpse is forced into the rear left wheel of her car as a makeshift tire.
- Deliberately Monochrome: The "Limited Palette" variant. The entire episode is black and white save for red blood, pink gore, and yellow eyes.
- Downer Ending: The well-meaning Flippy is killed by Flaky — with herself also dying.
- Eye Scream:
- One of Flaky's imagined worst-case scenarios has her eye being pulled out of her socket by a tire iron.
- Flaky stabs Flippy with a glass shard.
- Get A Hold Of Yourself Man: Flippy does this to Flaky to snap her out of her third imagine spot and alert her that she's about to drive into a telephone pole.
- Hostile Hitchhiker: Flaky fears this happening, but she ends up inverting it instead when she stabs Flippy in the eye in imagined self-defence.
- Karmic Death: After attempting to kill Flippy (and indirectly being responsible for his death), Flaky is killed by her car's air bag.
- No Good Deed Goes Unpunished: For trying to get Flaky out of her seatbelt with a knife after a car crash, Flaky freaks out over thinking she'll be killed and stabs Flippy in the eye with a glass shard.
- Off with Her Head!: One of Flaky's imagine spots has her being decapitated by her own car window thanks to Fliqpy.
- Sanity Slippage: Flaky gradually becomes more paranoid of Flippy throughout the episode, thinking that he's going to flip out and kill her. He never does.
- Ship Sinking: On Flaky's part at least; she seems to live in fear over Flippy's Ax-Crazy personality while unaware that it needs to be triggered first. Not to mention how she intentionally tries to kill him.
- Tear Off Your Face: Another imagine spot has Flaky's face cut off by Fliqpy.
- They Killed Kenny Again: Flaky and Flippy die.
- Throw the Dog a Bone: Lumpy survives.
