In this episode of the Extreme Ghostbusters, the Team are in the belly of the beast. Literally.

The XGB team investigates a house that may be behind the disappearance of two boys.

Watch on the official Ghostbusters YouTube channel: here.

The page contains the following tropes:

  • Big Brother Instinct: Roland, in particular, is very determined to save the boys since he has a younger brother and would do anything to protect him.
  • Blatant Lies: The old lady tells the Ghostbusters her version of the story when the boys went missing that she was watching television and eating biscuits. We already know the truth what happened so everything what she's saying are complete fibs.
  • Body Horror: Le Maison, the demon feeds on its victims and when that's done, it entraps their souls into itself and dissolves them VERY slowly. One victim and the maid are shown shriveled up and their bones visibly seen.
  • Chivalrous Pervert: Eduardo is quite attracted to the maid however upon learning what happened to her, he felt genuine sadness for her and says his condolences.
  • Did I Just Say That Out Loud?: As everyone tries to save Frankie and Len, Kylie, in awe, basically sums up what kind of fate awaits the two boys. Seconds later, she realizes her mistake.
  • Diet Episode: Garrett's trying out a new "metabolic diet" that requires him to fast for 24 hours, much to his displeasure. Eduardo enjoys trolling him by describing in detail how scrumptious a candy bar is, and Garrett's hunger makes him highly tense throughout the episode.
  • French Maid: One of Le Maison's victims.
  • Genius Loci: Le Maison. Kylie initially thinks Maison is a person's name, until she remembers it means "house" in French.
  • Hero-Worshipper: By the end of the episode, Len looks up to Roland who saved him; he thought the Ghostbuster was Batman until Roland says he's Ghostbuster-Man.
  • Mad Eye: The maid's bangs hide how she's begun to decompose around her left eye.
  • Nothing but Skin and Bones: Garrett tries to talk his way out with this. Except the demon likes skin and bones.
  • Smooch of Victory: Eduardo receives this from the maid for freeing her spirit.
  • Weight Woe: Garrett undergoes this throughout the entire episode and Eduardo decides to take advantage of this by teasing him constantly.
