- The Atoner: The reason why Poison Ivy works with the Birds of Prey is to atone for her actions in Metal: Part I
- Clear My Name: The missions Ivy gives you is centered around clearing her name in regards to the pheromones.
- Didn't Think This Through: Jimmy decides to use Lex's old warsuit to assist in the fight against him. However, Lex quickly takes control of the warsuit, forcing Jimmy to fight for him instead.
- Evil Cannot Comprehend Good: Calculator fails to understand why Superman, a man with so much power, would care so much about Lois and Jimmy.
- Hidden Agenda Villain: During the previous Enemy Mine with the heroes, it's been revealed that Lex has been gathering data on them for the creation of Amazo.
- Hidden Heart of Gold: Discussed. Catwoman states that she likes to make Oracle and the society think that in regards to working with the Birds of Prey she's Only in It for the Money, but admits that Good Feels Good. It helps that Oracle recruits her for causes that mean dearly to her.
- Not Me This Time: Ivy notes that she's being blamed for the pheromones that are driving the citizens crazy when she's trying prove to Harley that she could be good (See The Atoner). One of the missions she gives you is to use an antidote to cure the citizens of the effects of the pheromones.
- Rebuilt Pedestal: Downplayed. After seeing Lex Luthor's true intentions and wasn't actually going soft, Calculator starts to gain a bit of respect back for him. But still feels that he needs to be knocked down a peg.
- The Only One Allowed to Defeat You: Calculator is pissed when Lex Luthor declares that he'll kill Oracle just to spite him in response to his meddling. As far as Calculator is concerned, he's the only one who is allowed to kill her.
- The Load: Caculator views Harley as doing more harm than help, but she manages to keep Ivy in line.
