  • Date First Aired: 28/01/2016

Tracey is sick of both Sharon and Dorien's presence in her house - Dorien has been courting too many people in her house, whilst Sharon is not bothering to get a job. Thus, she kicks them out. Even worse, Dorien left her purse inside the house, so both are forced to move back in to Sharon's old room. Dorien of course really doesn't like her new surroundings and it doesn't help when Carla, the sister of a man who Sharon has slept in her flat called Lazlo, pops around to live in briefly.

Meanwhile, Tracey is beginning to miss the other two, especially when Travis is unwilling to spend time with her. It's enough that Travis just forces them to start talking to each other. They eventually make up when Sharon reveals that she got an at a horse betting company called Greenways, with Dorien being allowed back in after an unfortunate encounter with Lazlo.

Tropes In This Episode:

  • Alliterative Title: The name of this episode is called "Going, Going, Gone".
  • Batter Up!: Carla threatens Dorien and Sharon with a baseball bat when they ask her to leave.
  • The Ghost: Moody Dave, who Sharon and Tracey buy bad tickets from.
  • Gilligan Cut: Once Dorien gets a look at the place she'll be staying in for a while, she's hopeful that it won't be for long as Travis will back her up. Cut to Travis celebrating the fact that he's moving into Dorien's room, meaning that he is unlikely to stand up for her.
  • Forced from Their Home: Dorien and Sharon are kicked out of the house after Tracey becomes sick of them. She doesn't even give Dorien the opportunity to take her purse and only gives them enough money to go back to Edmonton.
  • Horrible Housing: Sharon once again returns to her old housing and it's just as bad as it was when it was last depicted in "Gimme Shelter". Apparently, it's got an opium den on top of it, and that's not getting into the gunshots heard outside.
  • The Internet Is for Porn: Dorien suggests that what Travis is watching on the internet is of the dirty kind.
Dorien: Yeah, well, Travis is out. And when he is in, he spends most of the time on the internet and I guarantee it's not Postman Pat.
  • Jar Potty: Sharon's old housing is so terrible that there isn't actually a toilet, with everyone having to pee in a bucket instead. Subverted though when it's revealed that she was joking.
  • Lazy Bum: Sharon makes no attempt to find a job, even when she's kicked out because of it.
  • Mistaken Identity: When Lazlo returns and gets into bed with Dorien, she briefly thinks that it's Sharon who is in bed with her until she realizes that "she" is wearing a vest. And she usually never wears a vest...
  • My Beloved Smother: After kicking out Sharon and Dorien, Tracey tries to have some time with Travis. However, she proves to be too persistent in these attempts, to the point that Travis tries to get the three to make up so that the attempts can stop.
  • One-Shot Character: Reginald, Victor, Oscar, Bunny, Carla, and Lazlo.
  • Really Gets Around: This trait of Dorien is emphasized when she brings over no less than four people for the purpose of having sex with them.
  • Shout-Out: At one point, Dorien notes that Travis is probably not watching Postman Pat on his laptop upstairs.
  • Titled After the Song: The episode title is a reference to the Elton John song "Going, Going, Gone".
  • You Dirty Rat!: Dorien's opinion of Sharon's apartment is not helped by Sharon revealing that the reason there isn't any cockroaches is because the rats ate them, although they've since been chased off by a Jack Russell.
