Big Time Cameo is an episode from Season 4 of Big Time Rush.
The boys are tired of doing cameos on shows, but Gustavo already booked them to make an appearance on Coco.0, whose main lead Carlos falls for. Unfortunately, the actress's Evil Stepmother always controls her life — what she eats, says, and does, and refuses to let her kiss Carlos.
Meanwhile, James and Logan are bothered by the rather gross foods provided by the stepmother, so they sneak onto another set with elaborate snacks and run into a familiar children's show.

- Abusive Parents: Dara's evil stepmother always forces her to do what she says.
- Dull Surprise: Lindsey speaks in this manner when pinpointing the boys in on the stepmother's abusive rules.
- Engineered Public Confession: Katie secretly records the stepmother's plot to end BTR, so her true nature is exposed and Dara can finally confront her and escape her abuse.
- Grew a Spine: In the climax, Dara learns to stand up to her evil stepmother and do her own choices, to the point the boys insists she and Carlos kiss.
- Hypocritical Humor: The boys state having guest cameos as "selling out" and tacky for a show...then they run into Lucas Cruikshank (aka Fred).
- Improbable Hairstyle: Dara's stepmother has a fancy but impossible bouffant to befit her wicked nature.
- Never Trust a Trailer: Cable descriptions list Coco.0 as "a kids' show" when it is actually a Kid Com on the similar named Kidzie Channel. Logan and James, however, end up on a real kids' show.
- Secret Identity: On the show, Coco has to hide her identity as a robot from everyone, otherwise she'll be sold for scrap metal.
- Secret-Keeper: Coco's friend Lindsey is the only one who knows of her identity as a robot.
