On the last night of camp, bowel problems, a talent show and a hookup lead to chaos — and hurt feelings. Back home, Jay and Lola throw a pool party.

- Bilingual Bonus: "Pendejo", Coach Steve's DJ alias, means pubic hair in Latin American slang. It also doubles as "idiot" in most Spanish-speaking countries.
- Brick Joke: Nick says it's so hot he saw a deer sucking an ice cube. Sure enough, during the Not Really a Birth Scene described below, a deer is indeed sucking an ice cube.
- Call-Back: Coach Steve aka "DJ Pendejo" recalls the time he lost his virginity to Jay's mom, and "made thick in the warm".
- Carry the One: Andrew says this when calculating the last time he took a shit.
- Cliffhanger: As the bus home from camp takes off, Tito is seen rubbing her hands gleefully and follows the bus.
- Country Matters: Natalie calls Seth this for not wanting to go public with their relationship because she is trans.
- Disney Acid Sequence: Andrew has one after going completely mad from constipation.
- Dude, Not Funny!: Most of Nick's comedy routine relied on making fun of Berman, whose brother died the previous summer, and gets heckled for that.
- Hollywood Tone-Deaf: Nick attempts to sing and play guitar at the talent show, but the guitar is out of tune and his singing ability is even more questionable than it usually is.
- Insistent Terminology: When Tito calls Nick "selfish", Nick insists he is "standing [his] ground for [his] own happiness", which is essentially the same thing.
- Killed Off for Real: Andrew's shit briefly kills Maury... He got better.
- Laser-Guided Karma: For all the crap he put Nick through all summer, Andrew gets his just desserts when he is humiliated in front of the whole camp after witnessing him defecate.
- Not Really a Birth Scene: Andrew's defecating is treated in the same manner as the birth of a baby, down to Nick being his supportive partner, them cradling the feces like a baby, and afterwards Andrew having to go to the bus in a wheelchair because of insurance.
- Shout-Out: Maury names the twin feces "Zack and Cody"Maury: And I think they're gonna have a pretty sweet life.
- Harry introduces Nick as "A Boy Named Soup".
- Special Guest: Paul Giamatti portrays Andrew's shit.
- Title Drop: Maury tells Andrew that the latter's suffering from Poop Madness due to not pooping all summer.
