P'Andor wants out of his suit...and he won't take no for an answer.
P'andor, one of the Andromeda aliens, desires to be set free from his containment suit. When he discovers that Kevin possesses the means to do this, he goes after him with several thugs, whom he has offered money.- Artistic License – Nuclear Physics: Correct execution, wrong explanation. Gwen says that carbon rods will "absorb excess neutrons and control the rate of the nuclear reaction". Indeed, carbon rods are great neutron moderators, (second only to heavy water)and they do control the rate of which the chain reaction occurs and increase the nuclear fission, thus, making a violent exothermic reaction...that liberates the neutrons' kinetic energy, instead of absorbing them. To absorb neutrons, it would need control rods, such as boron, or even carbon doped boron.
- The Brute: One of P'andor's thugs wields a giant hammer and is very muscular.
- Can't Kill You, Still Need You: When Buzz is about to cut open Kevin with his buzzsaw, Surgeon puts a stop to it, reminding him that they need Kevin alive in order to free P'andor from his containment suit.
- Everyone Has Standards: Kevin is back to earn some money through shady means when he accepts P'andor's offer to free him. However, he backs out of the deal due to the dangerous amounts of radiation P'andor is releasing, which are actually contained thanks to the containment suit.
- How Did You Know? I Didn't: After Ben turns into Ultimate Cannonbolt and helps Kevin seal P'andor back in his containment suit, this exchange occurs:Kevin: How'd you know I'd be able to absorb the armor, and morph it around P'andor?
Ben: [beat] Is that what you did? - I Shall Taunt You: After P'andor's thugs capture Kevin, they demand that he finished what he started by using the Taydenite to free P'andor from his containment suit, and resort to this when Kevin tries to refuse.Kevin: How stupid do you think I am?
Surgeon: Stupid enough to get caught.
Buzz: Stupid enough to pass off a million bucks.
Hammer: Stupid enough to take us on.
Buzz: Come on you lousy freak!
Hammer: What are you, afraid?
Surgeon: Your little girlfriend would put up more of a fight!
[An angered Kevin absorbs the Taydenite and turns his arms into blades as he charges at the thugs, only to end up slashing P'andor's containment suit, much to Kevin's horror]
P'andor: Also, you're stupid enough to do that. - Logical Weakness: As Kevin notes, if P’andor’s containment suit can hold him, then it can obviously touch him. So Kevin absorbs the material the armor is made of so he can hit P’andor.
- Meaningful Name: Buzz, one of P'andor's thugs, carries a buzzsaw. Same goes for Hammer.
- Paper-Thin Disguise: Ben transforms himself into Water Hazard so he can convince P’andor that he’s Bivalvan. Despite having green eyes and what P’andor has no reason to assume is anything but a Plumber’s Badge (he genuinely seems unaware of the existence of Ben or the Omnitrix), he falls for it.
- You Have Outlived Your Usefulness: Following P'andor's release from his containment suit, one of the thugs asks whether he's still gotta pay them or not. He proceeds to shoot at them, sending them running.
