Ben finds a new way of splitting responsibility.
Ben exploits Echo Echo's ability to clone himself in order to participate in various events taking place at the same time. However, the Forever Knights's most recent scheme puts his plans in jeopardy.- Batman Cold Open: The episode begins with Ben foiling the Forever Knights' first attempt to steal the armor.
- Don't Ask, Just Run: Hilariously lampshaded by Kevin when he's running from Urien's Humongous Mecha and sees the three Bens assessing the situation.Kevin: If I wasn't running for my life, I'd totally demand an explanation!
- Downer Ending: While Ben does manage to defeat the Forever Knights, Gwen, Kevin and Julie storm off due to his infuriating behavior, leaving Ben all alone in the stadium.
- Full-Name Ultimatum: Gwen calls Ben by his full name when he suggests seeing the Sumo Slammers movie.Gwen: Benjamin Kirby Tennyson! Don't even think about it! You can't be in two places at once.
- Idiot Ball: After Ben splits himself into three, the sensitive part goes to fight the Forever Knights with Kevin, the Jerkass part stays to watch Julie's tennis game, and the mature part goes to watch "Sumo Slammer." If they'd tailored the decision based on their personality traits, the Forever Knights would've been defeated earlier, Kevin wouldn't have been annoyed by Ben's sudden sensitivity, and Julie wouldn't have been embarrassed by her boyfriend.
- Kinda Busy Here: Gwen calls Rath during a fight, not through the Ultimatrix, but through a phone he pulls out of Hammerspace. For once, he whispers his "Let me tell you something" Catchphrase.
- Mini-Mecha: Forever King Urien's plan is to steal an Aztec armor that was gifted to them by aliens.
- Never Say That Again: A case of "Never say that that way again". Kevin has an annoyed response to Sensitive Ben singing his Transformation Name Announcement:
- Oddly Small Organization: The Forever Knights up to then consisted of large legions of knights. The Forever Knights faction featured here has just Urien as its leader and two guys. The lack of dignity drives Urien to steal the artifact from the museum.
- Only Sane Man: Kevin is the sole member of the trio who thinks the Forever Knights are worth investigating, with Gwen advocating that they watch Julie’s match and Ben wanting to watch a movie.
