The episode is just an excuse for Four to receive gifts.
The fourth episode of Battle for BFDI and the 35th episode of the overall series, in which Bracelety is eliminated and the featured challenge is to give Four a makeover.
Tropes include:
- Accidental Misnaming: It is in this episode that Firey Jr. finds out that Bracelety's name is "Bracelety" and not "Ringy".
- Bait-and-Switch: Team BEEP presents a cake in the shape of Four. Once asked how they made it, a flashback leads the viewers to think that it was made by Rocky vomiting onto a plate. But the flashback really shows Woody spreading frosting onto that said plate and David groaning in disgust. And then the frosting is revealed to be Rocky’s barf.
- Bait-and-Switch Comment: After Rocky is seen barfing into the frosting bags:Nickel: That is so gross! (adds sprinkles to the cake) How can you have a cake without sprinkles?
- Breaking the Fourth Wall: Donut tells Four that he forgot to play the Cake at Stake song in the previous episode, adding, "You OWE it to the viewers to make up for it and play it again now."
- Bring My Brown Pants: Four soils himself after being scared by Bell ringing. He does this just after eating Rocky's cake. What makes it worse is that Eraser steps in it.
- Dinner Deformation: Four becomes deformed after eating a cake shaped like himself.
- Early-Installment Weirdness: Given how she was later characterized as a sociopathic killer who would happily and casually kill her own teammates for her advantage, it's rather jarring to see Pillow of all character volunteer as the Death P.A.C.Ter to endure countless fork stabbings so her team could alert Black Hole.
- Heroic Sacrifice: When most of Death P.A.C.T. gets assaulted by forks and they need to get Black Hole to suck them up, Pillow volunteers to stay behind.
- Hypocritical Humor: Tree tells Pen to solve a problem on his own rather than going and asking Black Hole, saying that a true winner does his research. Immediately afterwards, Tree asks Black Hole to solve the same problem Pen wanted to solve when a manual shows that's what he should do.
- Lethal Chef: Rocky's cake mix is made from his own vomit. However, Four doesn't seem to mind.
- The Load: 8-Ball. He stalls the team by unintentionally making them waste time throughout the entire challenge.
- No Infantile Amnesia: Exaggerated; Eggy remembers when she was a little egg inside of a bigger egg.
- Not So Stoic: At the end of the episode, 8-Ball drops his monotone voice and breaks down crying while explaining his failure to convey sarcasm to Golf Ball.
- Oh, Crap!: Marker has this reaction when he plays Four in a game of Rock–Paper–Scissors, summoning Four out of his hand.
- Pet the Dog: In The Stinger for this episode, Eggy bonds with Teardrop by telling her a story of a time when she didn't speak.
- Poor, Predictable Rock: Due to her lack of arms, Foldy can only choose paper when she and Stapy play Rock–Paper–Scissors.
- Toilet Humor: Foldy and Stapy play a game of Rock–Paper–Scissors with Marker. But, the rules are a little different in their version, as "whoever silently farts the most air out wins the game".
- Later, Four soils himself after being scared by Bell ringing and Eraser steps in it.
- Wingding Eyes: When he sees "the year's hottest look", Four screeches happily and his eyes turn into hearts. He then shoots hearts out of his eyes, one of which hits Eraser and sends him flying offscreen.
