Here comes FreeSmart to paint the town pink!
The eighth episode of Battle for Dream Island Again, the 33rd episode chronologically, and the 72nd episode of the overall series. Firey is eliminated, and the featured challenge is for each team to see who can paint the most of the Eiffel Tower in their team color.
"Meaty" contains examples of:
- Art Attacker: Pencil injects a laser shooter with a syringe of pink paint to turn it into a paint shooter, and fires indiscriminately at Team No-Name and the Eiffel Tower.
- Beware the Nice Ones: Ruby, who's normally a Nice Girl, attempts to kick Firey and Gelatin out of the Clubhouse of Awesomeness because they're only temporary members of FreeSmart.
- Big "NO!": Firey's reaction upon finding out that he's been eliminated.
- Breaking the Fourth Wall: Book says that it's a good thing no one (save for Spongy, as mentioned below) ate their asbestos cake from BFDIA 7, and warns the audience that they shouldn't eat asbestos, either.
- The Bus Came Back: Puffball Speaker Box returns to host BFDIA, and it turns out that she didn't really die in BFDIA 5a.
- Heroic BSoD: After his owner is eliminated, Firey Speaker Box is reduced to crying nonstop since he isn't used to not being with his owner.
- Literally Shattered Lives: Ruby attempts to kick Firey and Gelatin out of the Clubhouse of Awesomeness, but Book stops her, causing Ruby to shatter into little pieces.
- Overly Long Name: The "Hand-powered Recovery Center But It's French Because of the Eiffel Tower".
- Pet the Dog: After previously ordering Book and Ice Cube to be kicked out of the Clubhouse of Awesomeness in BFDIA 5a, Pencil allows the two to stay in it this time, with Book noting that Match isn't there to be an enforcer.
- Real After All: It turns out that yes, Lewis did really win the lottery and even became a celebrity overnight, although whether or not he actually donated any of those winnings to FSB to help fund BFDIA is unclear. Fries follows his example by getting a lottery ticket, and sure enough he wins and gets a golden car with mirrors much like Lewis'.
- Shout-Out: The challenge is one to Splatoon, as each team has to cover as much of the Eiffel Tower as they can with their respective paint color, and whoever covers the most area with paint wins. W.O.A.H. Bunch paints by exploding Bomby, similarly to Splat Bombs, while Pencil fires paint from a laser shooter, similarly to a Splattershot.
- Skyward Scream: "CURSE YOU, TENNIS BAAAALLLL!!!"
- Special Guest: Zach Kornfeld of The Try Guys fame as Barbecue Sauce.
- Stealth Pun: Ice Cube says that FSB feels so isolated (Ice-olated) from Firey. Get It?
- Too Dumb to Live: Spongy proves himself to be this, as he mentions that he was the only one who ate the asbestos cake from BFDIA 7.
- What Happened to the Mouse?: Upon everyone's return to Goiky, Flower, who last showed up in "Get in the Van" (the start of the journey to Yoyle Mountain), does not make a reappearance anywhere at all.
