Airdate: November 19, 1993
Opening Line: "Come Back, Shane-y"- Dot
Mary Tyler Dot: A parody of the Mary Tyler Moore theme about Dot.
Windsor Hassle: The Warners work with Queen Elizabeth II to restore Windsor Castle after it caught fire in 1992.
...And Justice for Slappy: Slappy and Skippy are put on trial for assaulting Walter Wolf.
Wheel of Morality: Possums have pouches like kangaroos.
Windsor Hassle contains examples of:
- No Celebrities Were Harmed: The presenter at the beginning is based on John Cleese. The "And now the cartoon..." screen is modeled on Terry Gilliam's animations for Monty Python's Flying Circus, and it is accompanied by the "Liberty Bell March", which served as the theme song for the series.
- Royal "We": The Queen uses this, confusing the Warners, and as a result, call her "Sybil".
...And Justice for Slappy contains examples of:
- Arson, Murder, and Jaywalking: After hearing Walter's greatly exaggerated testimony, Slappy asks him if he knows that he's under oath, that perjury is against the law, and if pita bread and warm root beer gives people gas.
- For the Evulz: The evil Slappy in Walter's testimony torments others for absolutely no reason.
- Jaw Drop: Walter and his lawyer and grandson Stephen do this when Slappy is declared not guilty.
- Kangaroo Court: The trial is blatantly skewed in Walter's favor, for the judge and jury are all wolves. Slappy only wins because she has a "dynamite case". As in, she has cases of dynamite under the jury, who are too afraid of being blown up to rule against her.
- "Rashomon"-Style: Walter, Skippy, and Slappy each have their own testimonies. Walter portrays himself as a Friend to All Living Things and Slappy as a sadistic monster who torments people for no reason, Skippy portrays Walter as the sadistic monster while praising his aunt Slappy and only witnesses the explosion, and Slappy gives the normal version of the story where she gladly admits to blowing up Walter.
Closing Tower Gag: "Speeeeeeew!"- Skippy
