I ended up writing most of ["The Brain of Morbius"], and it was the same with all my Doctor Whos – very difficult because you’re in between Grand Guignol Gothic Horror on one side, and Monty Python on the other. "The Brain of Morbius" could terribly easily have gone over to the other.
