What’s hilarious is that Tom and Harry discuss promotions in this episode as if Harry’s hard work and dedication to duty will earn him brownie points. As if! Tom was demoted earlier in the season and is promoted back up to Lieutenant for [[StatusQuoIsGod doing a whole lot of nothing]] whilst Harry remains on the bottom rung of the ladder looking up at the important people above him! I had to rush to the toilet when Harry started making a speech about the burden of command! It sure comes to something when a machine (the Doctor) has to remind a human (Harry, barely) that morality comes before protocol!
