As is the case with all pages detailing Nightmare Fuel, Spoilers Off!

  • One of the villains at the USJ is a spider woman with a face covered in eyes and a fang filled mouth that opens vertically. Her skin is described as a sickly red and grey and she decides murdering Shoji is a good idea simply because he's afraid of her.
  • Another villain is a pimply teenager who subjects Aoyama to Cold-Blooded Torture because he's jealous of the other boy for managing to get into UA when he didn't.
  • One of the USJ Noumu's first actions is stomping on Izuku's leg hard enough to break it off at the knee.
  • Todoroki's own stubbornness very nearly got him killed at the USJ, and potentially his classmates as well. Facing two enemies who perfectly counter the ice half of his quirk, he still refuses to use his fire half. If not for a timely rescue by Ibara and Pony, he'd have died.
  • Bakugo's attack against a Dazzler expy, while justified, leaves her horrifically burnt, all the way down to the bone in some places. She can't even talk due to her nerves being fried. All she can do is shake in place and silently beg for help. All while Bakugo gloats over his victory.
  • The fight against the USJ Noumu is far more brutal than canon. Acid attacks, napalm, hundreds of explosive bullets, dismemberment, and explosives are all used in an attempt to put the monster down. But it just keeps coming. It takes Izuku using his Dangerous Forbidden Technique to finally kill it off. Said attack leaves Izuku's right arm as little more than charcoal. It's so badly burnt that, according to Izuku, once his arm cooled, it just fell off entirely.
  • The first time Momo uses One for All, she shatters her arm so badly that she almost lost the limb. After Izuku heals her, she quietly states how it was the worst pain she had ever felt, so bad that she couldn't even think enough to create something to help her.
  • The attack on I-Island has a moment where Izuku and Melissa are separated from everyone else. An explosion results in Izuku getting a concussion and Melissa is shot in the foot trying to protect him. Worse, the concussion leaves Izuku so confused that he doesn't even remember he has a quirk. Thankfully, Melissa manages to get through to him, but it's a very tense moment where both of them are seconds from being killed.
