Stamp on the ground!
Italobrothers is a German dance group created in 2004 by Matthias Metten. The band members have been unstable and have varied throughout the years.

They are known for their songs “Stamp On the Ground”, “This is Nightlife” and “My Life is a Party” which have been featured in many rhythm-based games and charted across Europe.

Trope on the ground!:

  • Celebrity Song: “Hasselhoff 2017”.
  • Censored for Comedy: In the single artwork for "Summer Air" there are three people skinny dipping and mooning with one's penis censored and it looks goofy the way the black censor bar looks.
  • Cover Song
    • "My Life is a Party" is a loose cover of "Dragonsta Tin Tei" by O-Zone.
    • "This Is Nightlife" is their take on "Ecuador" by Sash! With clubs and being a VIP member as it's theme.
    • "1001 Arabian Nights" is a cover of the same song by Dutch Europop group Ch!pz.
  • Genre Shift: By the year 2018, their genre has changed from Future House to Electro House.
  • House Music: Their music is classified as Italo House and used Hardstyle bass drums and synths.
  • I Am the Band: In 2020, Zacharias and Kristian left the group, leaving Matthias as the last remaining band member (ironically so given the plural in the name), so it became this.
  • Ode to Youth: Their song “Young at Heart” is mostly this, and about memories with a lover.
  • Precision F-Strike: In the song “Looking Back Someday” he says “And fuck them, all the ones that dragged you down.” This is the first and only Italobrothers song containing a swear word.
  • A Wild Rapper Appears!: In their song "Boom", Carlprit appears in the bridge of the song with a large rap verse.
