Corebook
- Dead at 1000:
- Lucius Mordecai was a bored noble practicing Human Sacrifice. Learning how to raise the dead, Lucius sacrificed 13 virgins to do so and fed his apprentices to them, unleashing his zombies on Paris. Building a zombie army by killing all in his way, Lucius sets them on all of Europe, intending to conquer the world by killing as many of the living as possible.
- "Little Town of Hamlin" (sic): The Pied Piper of Hamelin was a former student of Lucius and the only one to escape the massacre of his students. Taking advantage of the zombies, the Piper lures them to towns to ravage them before showing up to lead them off for a fee. Unleashing them on Hamlin, the Piper is then stiffed of his fee by the greedy mayor. In a rage, the Piper decides to have the dead wipe Hamlin out before stealing its children, plotting to use them as sacrifices or sell them into slavery to recoup his losses.
Pulp Zombies
- Zombies, Inc.: Zaxor, a once-noble hero, is known as the pinnacle of humanity who grew disillusioned with goodness. Leading a worldwide criminal syndicate to abduct and murder many people, turning them into zombies. Zaxor manipulates conflicts over the world to kill many people, making them worse to profit while women are forced into brothels as slaves in numerous others. Intending on nothing so much as world domination, Zaxor shows how far once-noble heroes can fall.
Fistful o' Zombies
- Spaghetti with Meat: Pete "Scratch" Wilson is the murderous leader of the Texas Devils who finds himself a powerful undead monster. Deciding to send his gang out to murder and add to their ranks, Scratch targets a stash of gold in a Mexican town, resorting to methods as burning innocents alive or gunning down hostages. Scratch intends on creating a bloodbath in the town so enormous that "the atrocities of the Civil War" will pale in comparison.
Zombie Smackdown
- Land of the Undead Rising Sun: Necrohammer is a wrestler who contacts the sealed Oni, the Suffering Priest and agrees to become its agent. Torturing and killing his opponents in the ring while murdering other figures in the industry to feed a growing force of zombies, Necrohammer makes sure to hurt those he can so their pain feeds his master, intending on helping to rule the world after handing it over to the Suffering Priest, while all others know only anguish.
Dungeons and Zombies
- Dead Gods and Demon Lands: Ahriman, expelled from his own world to Iurth, is the monstrous tyrant god who sets about creating zombies and twists other sapient beings to create the orcs. Sending out his zombies to massacre countless beings, Ahriman intends on a mass genocide of those not loyal to him, using the goddess Kali as a consort while attempting to wipe out the other gods before he betrays and kills her as well.
- Dawn of a Dead Age: Adramalech is a fallen Shedim who sets about creating zombies, creating the Agony Blade to house a piece of his essence. Subjecting many of his own followers to genocide to fill his ranks, Adramalech sends his forces out to slaughter and conquer to dominate the world, having also tortured and torn the souls out from multiple Sidhe to house his Shedim and create new Zombie Lords. Returning many thousands of years later, Adramalech attempts to overrun the world and kill almost every living thing in it.
- Death of the Round Table: Morgan le Fay and her son Mordred spread a plague like the The Black Death which raises most of those it kills as the undead. Taking over the throne by forcibly marrying Guinevere, Mordred also kills most of the Knights of the Round Table while reviving them as his undead slaves. Setting the zombies out to kill living beings and returning them as zombies, the duo stops at nothing in an attempt to control Britain with their undead slaves.
Worlds of the Dead
- Dead Men and Derring Do: Cardinal Richelieu found the secret of immortality, becoming a zombie and subsisting on human hearts. Locked away as the Man in the Iron Mask, Richelieu later ate his rescuers and then devoured the rest of the prisoners of the Bastille, raising others as zombies before unleashing them on Paris to kill and convert everyone they could. Starved for power, Richelieu intends on taking all Europe, not stopping until everything on the planet is dead, undead or under his dominion.
All Tomorrow's Zombies
- Death of the Alliance: Emperor Krauss and his right hand Garth helped to overthrow the Zothian Empire to begin an intergalactic war with the power of zombies behind them. Slaughtering countless innocents with a plague to raise them as zombies, Krauss and Garth unleash them upon worlds that resist, using the plague on planets that prove a problem. Dozens of worlds are annihilated with Krauss and Garth brainwashing countless young idealists into obedient shock troops, willing to slaughter everyone who stands between them and galactic domination.
