Unleashing them on Hamlin, the Piper is then stiffed of his fee by the greedy mayor. In a rage, the Piper decides to have the dead [[DisproportionateRetribution wipe Hamlin out]] before [[WouldHurtAChild stealing its children]], plotting to use them as sacrifices or [[SlaveryIsASpecialKindOfEvil sell them into slavery]] to recoup his losses.
