Space Jam: How I Saved The World is a Picture Book that serves as Bugs Bunny's Space Jam Scrapbook. It was adapted by James Preller and is of course based on the screenplay written by Leo Benvenuti, Steve Rudnick, Timothy Harris, and Herschel Weingrod. It was first published in 1996.
This book provides examples of:
- Aliens Are Bastards: Possibly even more than the movie since there's no indication that the Nerdlucks have a Heel–Face Turn.
- The Big Guy: Bugs seems to think of Taz as this."The Tune Squad wasn't all bad. We had Taz, the spinning wonder from down under."
- Berserk Button: Lola being called doll."Just don't call her "doll."
- Humanoid Female Animal: Lola just like in the film.
- I Let You Win: A rare example from which the two characters are on the same side since according to Bugs he let Michael Jordan win the game for the team.
- It's All About Me: Bugs is very self-centered in this book, the quote below the book's cover tells all.
- Kidnapped by an Ally: The Looney Tunes Kidnap Michael Jordan.
- Pun:
- "When Yosemite said he could shoot the ball... well... it wasn't exactly what I had in mind."
- "You've got to hand it to Foghorn Leghorn. He's 100 percent chicken."
- Spectacular Spinning: "Taz, the spinning wonder from down under."
- Spelling Bee: Suggested by Porky Pig as a means of combating the aliens.
