Kangaroo Courts held in various Web Originals.

  • The AlternateHistory.com timeline A More Personal Union has the show trials that the Chinese revolutionary Red Tiger has for his political enemies. He skips straight to the death penalty, saying he'll hold the actual trials later.
    • During the Mexican Witch Trials, if they even bother giving you a trial, it's already rigged.
  • The court in The Big Lez Show sentences Lez to a life sentence for murdering a bag of cute puppies without anyone ever making any effort to prove that he actually did. Sassy didn't even make it to court after being arrested for carrying "every drug under the planet" in his car.
    "Parking space is mine now!"
  • The Call of Warr: When Prince puts Mabel and Ashes on trial, he already believes them to be guilty of the crimes he's accusing them of- and even decides to claim they mass-murdered a town, to which Mabel protests they'd never be able to do, anyway. Granted, it's hardly a court of law, what with Prince as the judge and it taking place at the train-station in an abandoned town, but there's very little attempt to actually hear the girls' side.
  • Channel Awesome movie Kickassia:
    • A natural side effect when the only judge and jury allowed is The Nostalgia Critic.
      N. Critic: (In N. Bison voice) All in favor? Aye! All opposed?
      Everyone: Nay...
      N. Critic: (In sing-song voice) Too bad I'm in cha~a~arge! GUILTY! [bangs a squeaky mallet]
    • This is later reversed, after the citizens of Kickassia revolt and Phelous mocks this.
      N. Critic: WAIT! I have an idea!
      Phelous: Really? What is it?
      N. Critic: ...The idea... involves, uhm...
      Phelous: You...
      N. Critic: Me!...Uhm...
      Phelous: Getting...
      N. Critic: Getting! ...Uh, uh....
      Phelous: Your ass kicked!
      N. Critic: My ass kicked! Me getting my ass kicked! ...No, wait.
      Phelous: Too late!
  • One scene in COPS: Skyrim has an officer conducting a "trial by battle". One of the combatants is a warrior and the other bakes bread.
  • Graven Hunter Files novel Trial and Error:
    • Sye is put before a berserker court for killing two men while under the influence of a ancestral curse and stealing a legendary sword to break the curse. He is surprised to learn the court has no defense and prosecution attorneys, rather an interrogator acting as both. Even if if he can prove he was a cursed, that will only makes things worse as he would be considered responsible for his ancestor's crimes, the reason he was cursed to begin with. Sye is sentenced to death by beheading, and is only saved when he summons the aforementioned sword, as proving himself the rightful owner proves his innocence.
    • Sye then has to support Alion, who is brought before the Vampire Court for killing his master, a trial consisting of the Emperess deciding defendant the guilt and then having them beheaded on the spot. Sye has to pretend to be a vampire to even attend, and claims the presence of a vast conspiracy, given the Alion merely being a set up victim would make him just as guilty in their eyes. When Sye exposed as a human, has to invoke an ancient and unused law to prevent himself from being killed on the spot.
  • James Lee: The Court of Public Opinion videos portray James Lee as Judge for court proceedings out to either condemn or lionize different celebrities like Ellen DeGeneres and Keanu Reeves for arbitray reasons (or no reason at all). He even acknowledges that they aren't technically a real court.
James Lee: Guys, she's a Hollywood celebrity. I'm a YouTuber. (Restrained laugh) I fuckin' HATE Ellen!
  • Modern Educayshun: The entire video.
  • Sherwood Forest: The Sheriff tells a girl who was nearly raped by his henchman that said henchman will pay for the damage ...to her dress.
  • Almost all court cases in SMPLive devolve into this, usually because of chatters who already have their mind made up.
  • StarDestroyer.net's moderators sometimes write up a show trial for people who are to be banned from the forum. This is mostly for the entertainment value: if you're getting one, the moderators and admins have already decided among themselves that you're going to be banned for violating forum rules (and the "trial record" will contain links to the offending posts).
