- The whole "Life is Better Loud" sequence is one big heartwarming moment, from seeing Rita and Lynn Sr. fall in love, getting married, and gradually expanding their family, as well as the scenes of baby Lincoln being taken care of by his older sisters. Culminating in the infant Lincoln being swarmed in a hug (pictured to the right) by them the instant he's about to cry.
- When Lucy receives a first place award in the Junior Morticians, most of her family aren't present in the graveyard she's at, presumably out of fear towards the creepy atmosphere. Lincoln, however, is present, and proudly claps for her.
- When Lincoln is riding the brainwashed Lela (the dragon the Louds befriended), no thanks to Morag, Lynn shouts "My baby bro!" It's kind of nice seeing how while Lynn may not be one of his nicer sisters, she does still care for him.
- Once the Loud siblings find out that Scotland is being attacked by Morag, Lincoln decided to go back and help them all by himself. But then, the Loud sisters intervene saying they are ALL going back to help, seeing how Lincoln is always helping them, they say it's time for them to help him for once.Lori: You're always helping us.Leni: This time, we're helping you.
- The Louds officially making Angus the Duke of Loch Loud. When he expresses doubt in himself, the ghosts of the Loud ancestors come to provide their support for Angus.
- After giving the crown to Angus, Lincoln tells his sisters he just wanted to be special, knowing that each of them has a special talent, but not him. His sisters comfort him, telling him that he is special for helping them every day and that they consider him the most special brother ever. This is capped off with a Group Hug.

- Lily's whole relationship with Lincoln comes as truly wholesome, from Lincoln coaching her about how to deal with the life in their house to the movie's climax.
- The fact that Bobby eventually travels halfway around the world just because he thought Lori broke up with him, and he wanted to win her back.
- Lincoln's relationship with Angus is pretty heartwarming as well. In little time, the two are practically family with Angus supporting and giving advice to Lincoln, and Lincoln practically hanging onto every word he says. Like a nephew with an outrageously cool uncle; the fact that he's voiced by David Tennant (who also voiced Scrooge McDuck) certainly helps this.
- When Lincoln receives the spotlight in Loch Loud as Duke, rather than forcing his sisters to be in his shadow like how he was in theirs or taking advantage of the power he now possesses to mistreat them, he instead shares the privilege (and benefits) of living in a huge castle with them and willingly hangs out with them, such as happily having a tea party with Lola.
- Despite Morag framing him for nearly destroying the Loch and forcing his family to leave, Lincoln was still willing to forgive her during the climax at the cliff just outside the castle.
- Lela returning the crown to Lincoln also counts. Dragons are stated to be the protectors of Loch Loud, and by extension the ones with ultimate authority to deem someone worthy of the crown. So Lela returning it shows that Lincoln IS worthy of being Duke despite what he himself thinks.
- Near the end, Lola is willingly participating in Loch Loud's reconstruction, performing labor work in the process (something Season 1 her would likely never do). The same goes for her ancestral double.
- The drawings in the end credits have a few of these, such as Lori and Bobby (clearly disheveled) back together, Leni video chatting with Scott, and Lincoln winning a trophy for 3rd place in magic.
