  • When Borat is preparing for his new mission, he takes out his iconic gray suit and smiles at it. The look of pleasure at returning to duty is something even Sacha must have felt at reprising Borat.
  • When Borat is ordered by the Kazakh government to go to America once again, he insists that he will need Azamat Bagatov to accompany him as he did the first time. He and Azamat may have had their differences fourteen years prior, but Borat didn’t want to return to being a reporter without his producer. Unfortunately, the warm fuzzy feelings of this little moment immediately fly out the window when Borat learns that Azamat was Killed Offscreen and turned into a chair, the very chair that Borat is seated on.
  • Borat's relationship with his daughter Tutar. At first he wasn't even aware of her existence, even though she was born a full year before his arrest. Over the course of the film Borat finds himself doing things he'd normally scoff at just to make Tutar happy, eventually realising that he loves her too much to sell her off as he'd originally intended. The film ends with Borat and Tutar successfully making Kazakhstan a more egalitarian nation and working side by side.
Tutar: Do you love me as much as your sons?
    Borat: No...more.
  • Borat finally overcomes his fear of Jewish people once he realises they're human... though he's more overjoyed to find out that the Holocaust was real.
    • In real life, that old Jewish woman was an actual survivor of the Holocaust. As a show of respect, Sacha Baron Cohen actually dropped character and let her in on the joke. This is something he NEVER does while he's doing one of his troll characters.
  • Just like the first film, a lot of the unwitting participants of the film are surprisingly patient and hospitable to Borat, despite him being a weird foreigner and Baron Cohen going out of his way to annoy them and/or make them extremely uncomfortable:
    • Tutar's babysitter convinces her not to go through with her plastic surgery, telling her that she's beautiful the way she is and that her father is lying to her. She even gives Tutar a big hug before sending her on her way.
    • The crowd at the ball claps at his bizarre foreign dance and even seem to appreciate him injecting his own culture and taste into the ceremony... at least until it gets gross.
    • Two rednecks let Borat stay at their place and don't take it too badly when he pisses all over every ground rule they set. They even make him drinks and patiently explain to him how to protect himself against COVID-19 and they inform him that the misogynistic beliefs of his culture are false and that women have brains like men.
    • The women at the Republican convention let Tutar come on-stage when she wants to say something and even are unusually patient and supportive when she turns into a pulpit on her masturbating in the bathroom, despite their obvious discomfort.
  • Tutar becoming a journalist like her father and helping the women of Kazhakstan become literate and gain human rights, we even see them in front of computers influencing foreign elections.
