• Why does Prim's armor have "fallen penguin" written on it?
• One of the major headscratcher in Ar Ciel's historical chronology is that Eolia was born at the same year as the Seven Bloodstains Incident that had destroyed Systeine, and she wasn't appointed as the Administrator until four years later. The in-story dialogue in Ar Nosurge makes it clear that she was indeed the same Shurelia from the first Ar tonelico game, and with Systeine remained intact from the incident in Ar Nosurge, it probably means that the events in Ar Nosurge's chronology doesn't entirely connect with events in Ar tonelico series in the same possibility axis.
• So...what DID happen to Undou and Zill? If Nero escaped, shouldn't they have too?
  • Their souls were part of the Maternal Overseer for too long, so their respective Qualia were eroded and they were completely assimilated into it. So once the Maternal Overseer dies, they die too. Plus, Nero and Ion wouldn't be affected by the assimilation due to their souls not being native to EXA_PICO's universe and thus having different waveforms. It's the same principle behind why they can't reincarnate or move on after they die.
