  • During your route to face Kanon, she starts singing yal fil-ne noh-iar. The music doesn't stop even as the scenery changes and as you engage the climactic battle with her on the Altar of noh-iar. If newcomers were wondering why this series is known for its music, they would be left in no doubt by this point.
  • Ion downloads a Song that's capable of weakening the Maternal Overseer, but Maternal Overseer, absorbs Ion and Nero before the former can sing. So The Bad Guy Wins? Nope! Delta and Cass arrive in an (unknown to them) Big Damn Hero Moment, Earthes immediately has Cass download the Song from him so Ion and Nero can be saved. Cue CLASS::EXPAJA, a climactic boss fight, and the two main hero pairs overcoming their earlier friction as a result of Cass honoring Earthes's request.
  • Renall faking a Faceā€“Heel Turn by pretending to betray Nay in order to help her regain her confidence as the Divine Empress, allowing her to Harmonize with Kanon when she sings em-pyei-n vari-fen jang to free the souls absorbed by the Maternal Overseer. This begins a chain reaction of numerous humans Harmonizing with Sharl to lend their strength, finally ending the Human/Sharl war for good.
  • The entire final boss fight. Once you get to Ion's phase of it, you can fight the impossibly gigantic space dragon mech with your own dragon mech, against a backdrop of a slowly forming planet — with it starting from a bunch of energy, to a giant ball of lava, until it becomes a shining blue gem — accompanied by one of the best songs in the game. To repeat: the game actually lets you have a giant dragon mech battle IN SPACE. With glorious choral music by Akiko Shikata and the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra. Not bad for a story that started with a slice-of-life simulator on the PS Vita.
    • Prim gets her moment that makes the final battle even possible by breaking free of Interdimend through sheer willpower and instructing Ion to use The Other Player's own energy against him to create the new planet. It becomes a Heroic Sacrifice for her, but she can get better.
