Anna Fugo on day one.

Week 1

• The game gets ridiculous as early as the intro log:
  • The introductory text involves all the contestants being greeted as "[CONTESTANT NAME HERE]."
  • The very first player action? Dark Dream, upon waking up on a beach after being kidnapped into another murdergame, rolls over and goes back to sleep.
  • Penny panics, because she's missing her calculus midterm.
  • Somnus and Heart introduce themselves to each other, immediately followed by Heart throwing Somnus at a tree.
  • Orthrus wakes up in his dog form and sees the lake, which sets off a phobia of his. He runs away... and accidentally collides with Brain, setting off his phobia.
• Chris's introduction:
  • The Bait-and-Switch as Chris first arrives dressed up as, and imitating the voice of, Monobear.
  • The very first reaction to Chris's introduction? Penny throws a rock at him, closely followed by Deathsaurus throwing Penny at him.
  • Dandy's reaction to finding out the confessional booth is also the only toilet on the island:
    THERE'S ONLY ONE SHITHOLE IN THIS SHITHOLE?!
  • Orthrus just leaving.
  • Chris reading out a disclaimer to discourage the contestants from talking to Gamzee.
• The first challenge is for the two teams to choose names for themselves. This leads directly to chaos:
  • Chris arrives in a protective box called the Pope Cube, and the Airlocked characters know someone named Church who comes up in conversation, leading to some Who's on First?-style confusion.
  • The orange team contestants are immediately united in plotting to use their name to be hostile to the showrunners, with suggestions variously either directly threatening Chris (e.g. "Team Burn Chris McLean and Everything He Owns") or trying to cause problems for the broadcast (such as "Team Fuck Luke Skywalker").
  • The blue team contestants, after briefly considering devising a Meaningful Name, similarly float the idea of giving both teams the same name.
  • Eventually, Yl'lb and Akane independently come up with the winning idea: the orange team becomes Team Blue and the blue team becomes Team Orange.
• And then there's the first weekly meeting...
  • Heart confirming that Somnus (a ghost) is currently corporeal, which he knows because (again) he threw him at a tree. Nobody objects. Ray, however, gets excited about potentially getting to study him.
  • Yl'lb explains 6969 (which is canon backstory to Airlocked) to Lust, who complains in a confessional that he's obviously just making things up to see how much of it she'll believe.
  • Heart explains how he came to be known as "Heart of Caledonia" in Airlocked, and suggests that Arianna might honor Brain similarly someday. Brain's reaction echoes five years of jokes about Heart's new name:
    Brain: Brain of Caledonia sounds like some sort of video game reward.
  • Anna of Cleves thinking red soda will kill Heart.
  • Orthrus doesn't know who Napoleon was. Penny tries to explain, but she doesn't actually know, either, and describes both The Napoleon and Neapolitan ice cream, leading to Penny herself getting confused about Neo Politan while Orthrus admits he doesn't know what ice cream is, either.
  • Ray proposes an explicit rule against murdering children. Dark Dream briefly thinks this means she's being banned from the group.
• The investigation that leads to Wheatley's introduction:
  • Dark Dream thinks to herself that the smoke coming from the Chef's Shack might just be someone cooking breakfast. She's right, and Heart suggests her positive thinking might have been the reason there wasn't a murder.
  • Wheatley insistently tries to invoke Remember the New Guy?. It's silly to begin with, but gets even better with the reaction of the one person who actually does recognize him:
    Moriarty: WHEATLEY, GET OUT OF THE KITCHEN!

Week 2

• The challenge being a cooking competition with Wheatley as the judge. Despite the fact that Wheatley can't eat.
  • Anna of Cleves hands Dark Dream a rock to make powdered sugar, which the latter proceeds to hit the bag of sugar with repeatedly.
    Anna of Cleves: Like a pestle and mortar!
    Barry: That's a rock!!
    Dark Dream: A big rock!
  • Hikage angrily taking the taste of making pancakes upon himself seeing his team's ignorance of how to actually make cake.
• During the week 2 meeting, many of the characters start spitballing ideas as to what D.R. could stand for. It very quickly gets stupid with suggestions like "donut run," "defective roomba," and "don't remind (me not to stab you)."
• Dark Dream spends the entire week 2 meeting wearing a colander on her head.
• The first trial has its moments despite Somnus' untimely death.
  • Nina shapeshifting into Somnus to compare heights in recreating the crime, then later doing so again to kick down the door of the outhouse.
  • Brain's reaction to Orthrus turning into a dog.
  • Back in Airlocked, Penny picked up Chloe's habit of saying "hella." During the trial, Dark Dream borrows it to emphasize her agreement with one of Penny's suggestions, leading to... Hella.

Week 3

• Dark Dream's reaction to being told the legal disclaimer that the In Memoriam restaurant isn't about anyone specific is only making it more obvious is to wonder if that means the similarly disclaimed dinosaurs in Jurassic Park were also real.
• Anna of Cleves throwing a lightswitch rave in her, Yl'lb's, and Nina's hut. And confirming that she's done it before... often.
• Akane being buried by 101 life-sized cardboard cutouts of a menacing priest. This is later confirmed to be a special gacha item designed to drop once from the regains and never again.
• Several members of the cast attempt to bypass the obstacle course completely by having Deathsaurus throw them across.
• Multiple others just opt out of the challenge entirely, and the next day, they're punished by being stuck in stupid-looking chicken hats.
• Dandy looks at Lust's motive photo of Gluttony and asks if that's her son.
• Lust fending off an angry Slimer by chucking a turkey leg through him and ordering the hapless Brain to run. It only gets better from there.
