  • The Running Gag of John mistakenly thinking "Jell-O" means "goodbye."
  • The Running Gag of Stone mistaking siblings for lovers.
Loud/Carl: She's my sister. We have the same parents.
Stone: I know what a sister is!

  • Sweet Tooth is a psychotic Monster Clown whose best friend is a paper bag but he thinks John is weird for talking to his car.
  • Sweet Tooth's crappy first show is based on promotional videos from the hotel he stays in. • Sweet Tooth reveals he once killed his roommate for saying Chris Kirkpatrick was the best member of *NSYNC.
  • Sweet Tooth comes out of the asylum and finds his followers shot by Stone. At first he thinks Harold did it.
    • And he doesn't even seem all that angry about it. He sounds more annoyed, as if Harold just ate the leftovers he was saving for later.
  • Mr. Slam's nickname comes from his ability to smash watermelons with his giant penis. When John is ambushed in his bar, he's mostly outraged that one of these performances was interrupted.
  • John and Quiet walk into Calypso's lair, which is a dark, ominous hallway full of mist. Rather than being scared, Quiet geeks out over how well-done it is.
  • Preacher orders his men to crucify John only to realize the cross is already occupied by a dead body. He then berates his gang for not removing the victim when he died because now the "vibe" is ruined.
  • The Affably Evil One-Scene Wonder vulture that robs Quiet while letting her vent about John and sharing his own story of his late ex-girlfriend.
  • John's attempts at adjusting to life in New San Francisco.
    • He might be a Badass Driver but he fails at learning to ride a bike.
    • He tries to pay a pizza delivery guy in bullets.
  • The valuable package that Raven sent John all the way to New Chicago to deliver is a pint of ice cream. And Calypso gave her the wrong flavor.
