  • Fushi in the wolf's form has no idea how to eat, so when the nameless boy teaches him he mimics the action, and even repeats what the boy said. The boy's stunned reaction is hilarious as he says, "Well, you can eat after all".
  • March is at first surprised of Fushi when he eats the fruit like a dog and keeps hitting her share out of her arms and eating it. She ends up climbing on a tree branch in tears, angrily throwing the fruit at him. He chases it and scarfs it down to her growing amusement.
    • Fushi ends up following her because she gives him food. She takes it in strides and notes she's like a mother to him.
  • Rean seems to be asking Gugu for his name, but then directs all of her attention to Fushi, noting how handsome he looks. Gugu is seen outside crying, and when the old man takes note of this he angrily brushes him off.
  • After Gugu runs off, the elders are too lazy to cook stating that Gugu's cooking was good enough that they didn't try, and Fushi attempts to make the meal. Everyone hates it, but Rean politely encourages Fushi to try again some other time but with salt since salt makes things taste better. Fushi takes her advise to heart and the next time he adds lots of salt. Everyone hates his cooking even more.
  • In Jananda, after managing to beat the Nokker yet again, Fushi had a feast with some of the kids he got to know there. But being on a prison island, there was little food. So, Fushi produced foods like he always had, and everyone cheers before promptly downing them. Then the next scene they all fall asleep. Seems innocuous enough? The reason they fell asleep is because one of the food shown is noodles... which when he ate one he was DRUGGED. So Fushi basically unknowingly drugged all of them when he created those since he always made a complete replica.
  • Fushi going off to find Pioran, and when he does see her, he leaves her some food before boarding a ship. However, he immediately turns back when he realizes that she would be cold without something. He repeats this process for a total of three times, where he tries to justify that Pioran would be fine without him but then wondering if she'd really be okay, so he turns back to check. The Beholder even points this out.
  • Fushi's reaction to seeing Hayame, whose face looks exactly like Hayase but in a little girl's body.
  • What was Hayase's wish? To have Fushi's children.
    • This leads to lines of Hayase's descendants acting all clingy over Fushi, who usually responds with a bit of disdain before grumpily pushing them away. In fact, in order to deter most of them, he turns into Tonari's form, making the guardians loose interest.
  • Hayame tells him that to have a baby you need to "sleep with someone". This leads to Fushi being confused when he points out that he slept next to a lot of girls in the past and they never got pregnant.
  • His reaction to meeting Hayase's sixth successor Kahaku, who's a male. He's gotten so used to Hayase's descendants all being female he even seems a bit disappointed at meeting Kahaku.
  • Kahaku telling Fushi to not worry about him trying to seduce him like his female ancestor's, saying they should get along as friends and adds that he likes women. Later on, when Fushi takes on the form of Parona to disguise himself, Kahaku immediately gains a crush on her.
    • At first, Fushi takes Pyrona's form, but Kahaku asks whether or not that would make moving harder for them. He then takes Rean's form, which Kahaku seems to like but adds that it would be unusual to see a girl in a dress traveling with them. He switches to Torna's form, and Kahaku points out that Torna was famous, so that wouldn't be a good idea. At the end, Fushi is becoming pretty annoyed.
  • Fushi notices a small thing floating by when Kahaku eagerly tells her to use this form, and her bewilderment to his new attitude towards her is exceptionally amusing. He also blushes a lot more around Fushi.
  • As Kahaku starts to interact with Fushi in Parona's form, his hand is at first shaking as he places it on her shoulder, telling her to avoid the puddle. The next panel shows his hand going further down to her waist, and finally putting both hands on her shoulders. Fushi is absolutely confused at what's happening.
    • When Fushi points out that they don't really need to be in this form and asks Kahaku to pick an animal form. Kahaku reluctantly picks the wolf and sounds a bit disappointed to not seeing Parona's form for longer.
  • Prince Bon. Just everything he does.
  • Bon runs to his father and asks why his second brother was going to be made king, and his father explains that his brother donated money to the church and to help the orphans, asking what Bon did with his money. Bon starts making a list of outfits he had made and matching uniforms he had for his horse.
  • As Fushi is presented to the king, Bon orders for her to be placed in better clothes. Two attendants come and whisk Fushi off to a nearby shower and begin stripping her of her clothing. Kahaku looks incredibly flustered and has the decency to immediately cover most of his face.
  • After putting Fushi in a fancy gown, Kahaku can be seeing blushing and staring at her in awe.
  • How does Fushi try to escape? By turning into a mole. Unfortunately, Bon immediately finds her and captures her.
    • This happens again when Fushi tries to leave during their meal.
  • Bon's little sister's reaction to seeing Fushi. She heard that Fushi was a boy and was displeased that Fushi took the form of a girl.
  • Fushi tries to leave their room, this time by turning into Ilgard and attempting to fly off. Bon somehow appears below them and throws his scabbard at their head, hitting his target dead center. Fushi falls to the ground back in his usual form and looking incredibly peeved at how Bon keeps finding them.
  • Bon's little sister taking Fushi to pick out a horse. While Fushi says that she can just turn into a horse, the princess said it was on Bon's orders, or he would execute Fushi. What makes this funnier is how Bon probably forgot for a moment that Fushi can't die, or just said that because he can.
  • When Fushi asks how Bon can use Todo as a chair when Todo likes him, Bon says he can no longer use Todo as a chair, and instead gives him the shoe department status. While Todo is heartbroken, Kahaku says that it sounds better.
  • Apparently, Princes Pokoa tagged along and is hiding in a barrel, claiming that the castle life was too boring.
  • Fushi (in Parona's form) continuing to ask Kahaku questions about love. While a little flustered at being asked these questions, Kahaku still answers them in earnest.
  • Fushi takes a shine to a doll in the city and Kahaku wonders if Fushi has found a lover.
  • Todo tells the others that when they were going to the castle for an interview with the queen, Bon saw them, said their size was perfect for a seat and then hired them on the spot not realizing that Todo, who's real name is Iris, was the girl he met as a child and had a crush on.
  • Fushi not sure if the feelings she has right now for the doll is "love" and thinks based off of what everyone else has told her that the doll is now her lover.
    • The chapter ends with Kahak asking Fushi to be his wife.
  • In the Modern Era, Fushi is excited to revive everyone in a more peaceful society. So he decided to revive everyone in their home countries, only for things to go hilariously wrong from there. Some of the revival moments are pretty funny like March reviving in a cultural museum and getting scared over wax sculptures, Bon reviving in a history museum about himself and people mistaking him for being a cosplayer, and Kai gets arrested because he was revived with his sword.
  • The revived characters are reunited with Fushi at the airport and everything is played like a happy moment, only for the moment to crash and burn when Messar wouldn't stop harrassing Fushi out of annoyance. Soon, all of the revived characters get into a big scuffle in the airport, with Gugu causing the most havoc from his fire breathing. Fushi and everyone end up in jail. Later, they are bailed out thanks to Bon and his royal family.
  • When Aoki and his family bring the revived characters to stay at their home, they comment on the house being too small to fit in everyone. Suddenly, the revived Onigumo appears straight from the woods and breaks Aoki's house. Fushi then explains that he needed it to be bigger, so he uses his roots to fix up the house, now having a bigger room for everyone.
  • Gugu and Aoki try their best to cheer up a depressed Fushi after Tonari scolds him in regards to Mizuha. Fushi refuses to return home with Gugu, so Aoki decides to cover for him by lying about animal mating season. Gugu mistakenly assumes that Fushi might be in love with Mizuha. He then proceeds to give Fushi all of his support to get Mizuha's love and pats his back really hard to cheer him on.
  • Tonari gets flustered over a brief romantic thought about Fushi when reflecting on herself after the argument. Later, when Fushi's escaping from a Nokker possessed Mizhua, he accidentally bumps into Tonari painfully hard. It then turns into a heartwarming moment when she apologizes to Fushi for the way she acted.
  • Fushi was told by Izumi's spirit and Bon to head into her house and delete some of her photos in her computer. When he arrives there, he finds Izumi's computer, but he mistakenly believes that there are literal photos in the computer screen. Being Hopeless with Tech, he doesn't understand that he was told to delete the digital photos and instead attempts to crack open the computer screen to find the photos, but to no avail. He then decides to toss out the entire computer screen into the ocean. And then he is briefly rebuked by Aiko for throwing that computer into the ocean.
