- Early on in the movie, Cole video calls Melanie, who takes notice of the bottle of lotion on his bedside. Cole holds it and claims it's for his "exceptionally dry elbows" which Melanie mishears as sexually dry elbows. Cole's dad then walks in and awkwardly assumes that he and Melanie were having a video sex chat.
- After Boom-Boom is killed:Cole: Boom-Boom- but Boom-Boom's your friend!Diego: Fuck Boom-Boom! She made fun of my tragic hair loss!
- Unlike the other cultists, who are dressed exactly the same way they were in the previous film (complete with Max shirtless), John is dressed in a hideous red Michael Jackson suit.
- How does John keep Cole from escaping? By doing the Hammer Shuffle to block the door!
- After Phoebe ditches Cole, she meets and joins a creepy man by a fire, who soon tries to sexually assaults her. Cole's solution:Cole: (popping up) Wow, you guys making s'mores? I absolutely love smores! Y'know, I think the trick to a perfect s'more is to get the right heat balance between the marshmallow, the chocolate, and the graham cracker. I love s'mores! I eat them just for PLEASURE!
- The creepy man is less than amused by Cole's intrusion and tells him to piss off. Cole responds by pulling the man's baseball cap visor over his eyes and running off with Phoebe. The man attempts to chase them, but trips due to Cole tying his shoes.
- Cole holding on on the last word is a reference to The Sure Thing.
- The cultists (sans Sonya) gathering is scored by Hocus Pocus by Focus (which is also the credits theme).
- Allison ambushing Cole and Phoebe is punctuated by a flashback to her interviewing to be a news anchor, an interview she blows after swearing. She proceeds to throw a tantrum, smashing the mug and jumping on the desk.
- "Too bad Bee's not here to blow my head all over your face like a bukkake movie!"
- Unlike in the first movie, Max receives a proper Groin Attack:Max: (in a significantly higher voice than usual) …finally found my dick, Cole!
- The speedboat password: Jenny's Number.
- Max's death: Phoebe brandishes a can of silly string at him, and he sarcastically raises his hands up. When she sprays on him, he remarks that it's "pretty lame". Phoebe replies "Pretty flammable" and sets it alight. When Max falls off, Cole turns on the engine and grinds him to death.
- After Max is killed off, Jimmy calculates their chances of survival:Jimmy: I'm no math major, but I do know out of the 8 of us, 73% are dead, which leaves 49% alive and only 6% will make it out of here. I don't like my odds.Melanie: Your math is complete shit.
- After drinking the tainted blood offering, Allison pukes blood on John, who is naturally disgusted. When she does it a second time a moment later, he just has a look on his face that says "Really?!"
- How does Max react after learning that Cole's blood is no longer innocent after he had sex with Phoebe? By congratulating him for it like a surrogate older brother.
