Funny / South Park: The Pandemic Special

Don't forget to get out and vote, everybody! Big election coming up.

Even an episode like this still has funny moments.

• Cartman singing an entire musical number about how much he loves not having to leave the house, go to school, or see people during the pandemic.
  • Then when school starts, Cartman logs on to the Zoom class and pretends to have connectivity issues so he can continue being lazy all day. Kyle can be seen glaring on the screen, clearly knowing exactly what Cartman's doing.
• Token getting shot by the police while Kyle and Cartman are fighting, as a reference to police brutality.
• As the episode goes on about how the pandemic started, it's revealed that Randy was the cause of the COVID-19 Pandemic when he mated with both a bat and a pangolin respectively during his visit in China with Mickey Mouse, with the pangolin having the virus that started the outbreak in the first place.
  • As Randy struggles to find a cure for the COVID-19 outbreak, he realizes that he can lace his Pandemic Special weed with his sperm, since it was his DNA that was inside the pangolin, along with the fact that he's patient zero, and therefore has recovered and become immune to it. Of course, this leads to another outbreak due to the side-effects of the cure; anyone who smokes Randy's sperm-laced Pandemic Special ends up growing mustaches the same style as his, and it even applies to women. At the end of the special, it's shown that Sharon of all people ended up smoking the Pandemic Special and grew the same kind of mustache that Randy has.
    • Gerald Broflovski sees a doctor about his new Randy-mustache. Both he and Sheila deny him ever having a mustache before, which is blatantly not true.
• Shortly after Cartman decides to hand over the pangolin for a vaccine, Garrison shows up out of nowhere to burn both it and the scientist holding it to ashes, as shown above.
