Pretty much all the personalities of the alternate Konoha 12.
Hinata is a Clingy Jealous Girl with an Alpha Bitch complex and threatens Sakura just for being near Naruto (though she's mistaken him for his alternate version). And then makes a catty comment about her flat chest, resulting in Sakura being genuinely angry at Hinata for the first time.
Tenten is a Cute Clumsy Girl who constantly injures herself with her weapons. Ironically (or perhaps logically), she's said to be a good medic.
Shino is pretty much the same, only he hates bugs and can be seen trying to spray them.
Kiba is a cat person, but he's still part of a clan that uses dogs and is forced to partner with Akamaru who doesn't much care for him.
Shikamaru and Choji's roles are reversed. Shikamaru is much more immature and very dumb, while Choji is straight-laced, slim, and even comments he doesn't like overeating. The two are often arguing with one another.
Tsunade is flat-chested. Instead, it's Shizune who has large breasts and exposed cleavage.
Instead of his pipe, Gamabunta smokes a comically huge cigarette. And then everybody gets swarmed and dog-piled by a bunch of truly ridiculous-looking toads.
Hearing the voice actors do the alternate personalities in any language is pretty funny too, especially Stephanie Sheh as Hinata and Yuri Lowenthal as Sasuke.
The bathhouse scene. Hinata taunts Sakura for her flat chest, who responds by immersing herself deeper into the bathtub and thinking she never expected Hinata to be capable of annoying her. Meanwhile, Naruto is carefully analyzing his friends' sudden change in personality... but still takes a moment to notice how small Shino's penis is.
Getting to see Kushina angry was pretty funny. Especially when, at one point, Naruto refuses to eat dinner and barricades the door to ensure his parents don't come in. Kushina manages to break in anyway and Naruto's reaction is priceless.
Naruto, after finding that his father was not the Fourth Hokage, runs home and finds his apartment's lights on. The music is loud and he opens the door, only to find a middle-aged, plump woman out of the shower. Naruto is kicked out, as he does not live there. Sakura later finds out he slept on a bench that night.
Rock Lee getting busted after stealing Tenten's panties. Sakura tries to come to his defense, but accidentally rips off his clothes, revealing that he is wearing Tenten's bra and panties.
Sakura's mother Mebuki nagged Sakura about the way she leaves her shoes lying around at home, throwing them all over the place. Sakura, now stuck in an alternate universe where she has no parents to boss her around, is free from judgment. It leads to this scene:
(Sakura is inside her house; she sits down on the front step to unfasten her boots and remove them... but remembers her mother's nagging) Sakura's mother: (inside Sakura's head) Sakura! Make sure you leave your shoes tidy when you take them off! (Sakura looks down out her boots and gets a rebellious, childish smile) Sakura:(carelessly kicks her boots off and they crash to the floor- she giggles, then runs into her house, barefoot and carefree)
Heck, she mule kicks one of them off!
Guy's complaints of being middle-aged are much more hilarious when you realize he was complaining in front of Minato, who is around a decade older.
