Smash Bros. Melee Versus
In Break The Targets, Josh accidentally pushes Down-B as Bowser, which shoots him downward and kills him...
Josh (rhetorically): Do you know what happens when you press down-B as Bowser?!
(Tyler does it to find out and instantly dies himself)
They then spend roughly three or more minutes dying trying to get a target that it's impossible to keep from suiciding to get to, neither one realizing that it doesn't matter if they can recover, as long as it's the last one they hit they win.
When doing the Yoshi stage, Josh screams when he thinks he's about to die.
That itself was kind of funny, but the best moment comes from what Tyler edits into it.

During the Samus level, Tyler admits that he has never played a Star Fox game before and asks how many there are. Josh starts listing them, but as soon as he runs of out actual games, he starts making them up. One of these, "Star Fox and Mario Go to the Mall", causes them to go on a tangent about how Fox is doing langerie shopping for Slippy, which they continue discussing even after Tyler wins.
After Josh boasts that he completed the Donkey Kong level in 31 seconds.
Tyler: That's how long it also takes you to cum. OOOOHHHHH!
While playing as Dr. Mario, Josh yells "jump you fucking asshole!" and Tyler immediately pauses the game to do so.
When playing the Luigi level, Josh wonders what it would be like if they made a game called "Super Luigi" and Tyler says that would be really funny. He then goes back in editing to point out that it really wasn't funny at all and revokes his statement.

Tyler: Oh! Oh! So Dora the Explorer is the only person who's allowed to speak Mexican?
Josh:*raucous laughter* Speak Mexican! Ahahaha- yes. Dora the Explorer is the only one who can speak speak Mexican. Everyone else speaks Spanish, but she speaks Mexican.
Tyler:*laughs* I mean...
Josh: Great job, Tyler. You just insulted an entire nation.
Tyler: I mean, one Nation, under Buddha...
Josh: One Nation Under Buddha? Tyler, they don't wor... ugh. You know what, I'm not even gonna...
Tyler: Who is it that Mexico worships? I can't remember. Is it the cartel?
Josh: They don't... they don't... the cartel?!
Every time Josh's game disc is randomly unable to be read in the middle of recording.
Josh's Wii is unable to be read while the two play All Star Mode, and the two comment on the hideous noises it's supposedly making, which are unable to be picked up by the recording, leading to the following exchange:
Josh: Here, here. Listen to my Wii.
*silence*
Tyler: That sounds unhealthy.
Josh: That's the sound it makes whenever I put a disc in my Wii.
Tyler's struggles with his Wiimote pointer not working.
Tyler tells a story about how, when his uncle was a kid, he freaked out his parents by declaring "I love evil!" (meaning stunt rider Evel Knieval).
Donkey Kong Country MOOSE
Josh accidentally entering a bonus level in the first part.
In The Stinger, Tyler makes his only appearance in the MOOSE where he does nothing other than insult Josh for losing the MOOSE and not winning a single level.
After Stephen beats Barrel Cannon Canyon while Josh has to restart after dying, Stephen makes it sound like he's fucking up badly to make Josh feel better... only to earn a "DON'T PATRONIZE ME, STEPHEN" in response.
Stephen: (while laughing) Josh, I've been done with the level for, like, thirty seconds...
Josh: GOD DAMMIT!
Super Mario Sunshine MOOSE
Josh "asking" a pianta which level they should do next.
After Josh beats Tyler by only a few seconds, Tyler demands that they continue playing until they spell "MOOSES". And Josh immediately agrees.

Super Mario 64 4-Way Versus
The Versus ends with two players utterly dominating and finishing an episode and a half ahead of the competition. So what happens? Tim continues playing the game for fun, continuing to get stars just to see how many he can get. Jon announces he's switching to a game he actually enjoys and his display shows him playing Ninja Gaiden, beating it (on a single credit!) and then speedrunning Super Mario Bros 3.
Ocarina Of Time: Master Quest Versus
Many jokes were made by Twitch chat about Tyler's "fat disgusting neck".
Later, Tyler stands up, which causes his crotch to take up his facecam. People starting to say "Tyler's fat disgusting crotch".
A dumb puzzle in Water Temple requires you to poke a wall texture with your hookshot to get a chest containing the Longshot. Upon Josh doing this, he starts cracking up. It turns into full-blown laughter after Tyler says this:
During a break, they played Quiplash with viewers. The game asked the question "The last person you'd invite to a party". The two answers given were Josh and Tyler. Everyone, not including the game audience, voted for Tyler.
They had to restart.
