The Legend of Zelda has multiple funny moments and unexplained gags. Naturally they appear here too.

- Time and Malon try doing the sappy-romantic thing with each other, but they can't keep up the facade. Meanwhile, Honey & Darling (the sappy-romantic couple from Time's era) are NOT amused.
- Wild asks Time how he got into Gerudo Town. Cue Time telling Wild that he was simply too skilled to not be let in and Wild trying to claim he also did the same because he had to crossdress.
- Upon first meeting a Like Like, Legend's first response is to bet on whether Four can pull his shield free from its mouth. Time was not happy about it.
- Wind gets squished by The Shadow. It's glorious.
- Wild can't catch a break. He broke his weapon on a rock and almost incurred Four's wrath.
- Warriors often hides his face because he sees Women that presumably are mad at him. even Hyrule laughs at him.
- Twilight's worst fear? Time's neutral face of displeasure.
- The early mini-comic taking place at Legend's home is just wall-to-wall comedy, starting with the fact that even before Legend finishes the sentence "Nobody touch anything," everybody is already touching everything. He spends the next several panels just getting his fellow Links to keep their hands to themselves. And then Ravio shows up...
- After Twilight recovers from the shadow's attack, he apologizes for causing Time to break his promise to Malon to keep Twilight out of harm. Time quips that if Twilight makes it out in one piece then they both can survive.
- Twilight's expression in "Dawn pt. 2" immediately after Warriors makes a dog joke.
