• The Original Adventures:
  • Indy offering Belloq the head of C-3PO, only to watch as Belloq imitates a robot in front of some natives.
  • When Elsa attempts to get Indy's attention for the first time in The Last Crusade, she first jumps up and down waving. When he doesn't see her, she throws an orange at his head, and when he sees her, she walks towards him in slow-motion, flipping her hair in a suggestive way. And then Indy's eyes turn into hearts.
  • When Indy enters the Grail room, he sees a shadow shaped like Darth Vader. The shadow then lifts up the sword handle and a blade pops up similar to a lightsaber (with the same sound effects). Indy freaks out, only to cut to the Grail Knight laughing his ass off.
  • In a major case of Black Comedy, when Donovan drinks from the false grail and starts dying, Indy is looking horrified, while the Knight is just pointing and laughing at Donovan, who starts banging his head against the table before crumbling into dust.
  • The final cutscene of The Last Crusade exaggerates the rejuvenating effects of the Grail on Henry by having him so spry and full of youthful energy that he's jumping all over the place, capped by how the closing horse-ride into the sunset has Henry giving the horse a piggyback ride.
  • One Extra is dedicated to taking Willie's Super-Scream ability and amplifying it to the point it kills people! Particularly hilarious if they grab their crotch as they die.
• The Adventure Continues:
  • Early into Temple of Doomthe Thuggees have just stolen the village treasure, and take off by using a tree as a catapult, which is funny in itself. Then Indy, Willie and Short Round try to imitate the trick, WITH AN ELEPHANT! This does not work of course, and they jump off. The elephant goes orbital. Then in the final scene of the story it comes back down right on top of the group.
  • This game's version of the opening of the ark. Belloq starts the ritual, the lid pops off, and out floats a mirror ball which compels Belloq and the Nazis to dance to a disco arrangement of The Raiders March. It's so catchy that Indy has to stop Marion from joining in!

To maintain two-player capability in Kingdom of the Crystal Skull Part 1 after Mac is revealed to be a traitor, a janitor character is added in as the second character for the remainder of the Hanger 51 and Doom Town levels. After the refrigerator is blown back to Marshall College by the nuclear blast, the janitor can be seen with a drink in the cutscene for the next level while Indy talks to Mutt. When the diner brawl starts, he also gets caught up in it.
