  • The Iguanodon's distinct finishing move against small carnivores like the Velociraptor? Waiting for the predator to try and pounce before punting it away so hard the smaller dinosaur ragdolls. Closer inspection even makes it look like its kicking them in the crotch.
  • Because of how the population count and space requirements work, you came create an almost comically huge number of animals per enclosure if you balance it right.
  • The fact sometimes you can have a highly rated park despite an animal being on the loose an on a rampage. Sometimes guests while peacefully go about their business and enter shops while a Tyrannosaurus is eating someone a few streets over.
  • At times dinosaur behavior can lead to some humorous behaviors. Such as, if a gate is left open, at times they will escape only to promptly run back inside their own paddock.
  • If tranquilized at just the right moment when pouncing a helpless guest, the carnivores will fall over on top of them and leave them alive but pinned down.
    • For that matter, tranquilizing the dinosaurs can have humorous results because Ragdoll Physics kick in. The hadrosaurs in particular get really floppy necks when they run around half-sedated.
  • The fact that one of the movie quotes that can pop up in the loading screens is "Alan!" by "Dream Velociraptor".
  • If you break the Aviary, the Pteranodons will end up escaping. Do they fly off to rampage through the park? Nope. They just...fly up into the air, disappear and never come back. Maybe their planet needs them.
    • It becomes a bit of a Brick Joke, since the pterosaurs will occasionally be seen flying over the island afterwards, moving too far away and fast to tranq, serving as a constant reminder that ya dun goofed.
  • If you take a picture with the Ranger's camera, but end up being too far away for it to register any of the dinosaurs, the rangers will comment on how good the picture is, while sounding like a disappointed parent trying not to insult their child's terrible drawing.
  • In the "Return to Jurassic Park" Campaign, there's some delightful Snark-to-Snark Combat between Hammond and Malcolm.
Malcolm: (regarding Cabot's enthusiasm at how well things are going) Wow, John, you certainly know how to pick a cheerleader.
Hammond: Come now, Ian, a little enthusiasm never killed anyone.
Malcolm: Really? Because I believe your enthusiasm nearly killed me. . . uh. . . several times.
  • The only method of transporting tranquilized dinosaurs is by having a helicopter airlifting them to a new location. This applies to all dinosaurs without exceptions. It can be pretty hilarious to see small and even tiny dinosaurs like Homalocephale or Compsognathus, both of which are small enough to carry by hands, being ferried around by helicopters like they're the most dangerous dinosaurs in the world.
    • It's also rather amusing that these choppers somehow manage to lift dinosaurs several times larger and heavier than themselves, the biggest sauropods included. One can only assume that the means by which they do this are a closely-guarded secret of InGen technology...
