    General
  • At least one of the players will draw on the non-combat maps. These drawings can include some pretty amusing images.
  • The ridiculous fights between the party and La Destructora the Destroyer and El Coco.
  • The party made a joke about the existence of a restaurant chain called Cannon Burger back in Session 2. This turns into a Brick Joke
    • In the second arc, the party got food and kiddie meals (which comes along with a Cecilia karate chop action toy) from Cannon Burger.
    • Upon remembering to add tables and chairs for the cage match, Jocat commented it is the "Canon Burger" thing.
    • It gets mentioned by the party in Session 12.
    • In Session 21, Wurd commented on the lack of Canon Burger in Trevesetta.

    Session 1-5: Sacia Arc
  • It was revealed that one of Wurd's minions is named Lyra, which creates some funny moments due to the latter's name sounding similar to Laira, one of the party members.
  • The first dragon of Elynthi is an old man who prefers to wear his pajamas in public. Turns out he prefers to wear them outside because of how comfortable they are.
  • During the tournament's final match, poor Jorbib was unable to do almost anything because he was stuck in Laira's Entangle spell for most of the fight.
  • After Fritz bought the Magical Tattoos Value Pack from No Tails, she started offering people she likes magical tattoos.
  • When chasing down a fleeing Torrellan, Fritz pushed him down on the ground with her claws. While questioning Torrellan, Buck convinced Fritz to let Torrellan go. However, upon learning that Torrellan hired a weather witch to summon the Bloat during the tournament just to earn more money through the bets, Fritz pushed Torrellan back down again with her claws.
  • Both the party and Torrellan were understandably panicking when they found out that the priest for Sacia's cathedral is a part of the criminal group known as the Underthrone Society. Wurd got pretty angry at Torrellan, saying that only an idiot would try to wrong the church due to how powerful they can be.
  • While exploring the Sacia Temple during the trial, Wurd had the misfortune of running into a chest mimic. So when he came across another chest, he decided to play safe by stabbing the chest with a dagger to see if it was a mimic. To his horror, the chest was real but the dagger stabbed through it so deeply that it broke one of the potions inside it.
  • In addition to the mimic, the party fell into some hilariously painful traps like a magic circle that blinds and harms people as well as a magic lock that zap anyone trying to lockpick it.
  • The party's reaction as they try to convince a cute slime to not swallow one of the keys for the trial.
  • The party trying to not disappoint Elias (and the DM Jocat by extension) for skipping some of the rooms in the Sacia's Temple dungeon.
  • Everyone's reaction to the introduction of La Destructora the Destroyer and her pet dog El Coco. The personality of the pair of 'villains' is fun to watch.
    • Wurd tried to use the sword that Jidae left behind. Unfortunately, he was unable to pull it out from the ground. La Destructora proceeds to laugh at him.
    • The 'fight' was so easy and so fun to watch that Fritz and Buck decided to just sit back and watch from the side while placing bets on how the 'fight' will go.
    • La Destructora's equipment is quite underwhelming. Her armor as well also El Coc's armor are both made from cardboard. Furthermore, the woman's spear is just a long wooden pole with a metal shard tied/taped on top. Wurd had no problem cutting it in half during the 'fight'.
    • When La Destructora dealt an attack on Wurd, the latter only received 1 damage. Wurd then proceeds to act like he is dying. This is made even funnier because of how gruesome Jocat describe the opponent's attack was on Wurd before revealing how little the damage is.
    • Laira used her magic Summon Beast to summon up a dog of her own and have it intimidate El Coco... which ends up having the summoned dog looking just as cute and harmless as El Coco.
El Coco: (reaction to the summoned dog) Oh, Friend? No, enemy. Enemy. Must destroy. Then become friend later!
    • The battle ends when Laira's unintimidating dog tackled La Destructora, forcing her and El Coco to flee.
  • Fritz used one of her vouchers to buy a book from the library. Just for fun and for the memes, Fritz's player intentionally chose a graphic adult-rated book called "Fifty Shades of Fae", which was disguised as a good adult-rated book called "The Amorous Axe Maiden". This was all so Fritz can learn about sex, as the girl is still unfamiliar with that topic.
  • When the pirates demand the party to surrender, Laira surprises the pirate's captain by casting Entangle on the latter's boat. And because of how small that boat is, the pirate captain, her accompanying crew member, and the cannon all got tied up with vines.
  • During an ambush on the party's ship by pirates, Wurd hijacked one of the pirate's small boats and directed its cannon to another pirate's boat. The pirate on board that second boat was horrified and kept shouting 'no' during the situation.

    Session 6-9: New Bascay Arc
  • When Wurd found out that he needed to pay 10 gold at a toll to cross a bridge, he asked Fritz to fly him to the other side of the river instead. However, Fritz said she would charge him 5 gold as a taxi fee. Wurd then proceed to consider just swimming across the river instead.
  • Not only did Fritz end up flying herself ragged in delivering letters between a brother and sister who manage tolls on the bridge, but the letters (which were just messages of the siblings bickering with each other) escalated into the siblings stopping their job in order to get into a full-blown fight, much to the annoyance of the people who were still waiting in line to get across the bridge.
  • Wurd planned to use his Unseen Servant to cheat on roulette so he can win a Bag of Holding. Unfortunately, Wurd found out the hard way that using magic inside the casino causes his hand to be tagged with Faerie Fire to spot potential cheating via magic. Wurd then proceed to escape out of the bathroom window, with the DM and the players hilariously adding that Wurd is never seen again and that Wurd's player needs to roll up a new character.
  • Aurelia was in a weird situation trying to convince a drunk Fritz that the latter cannot bet a bottle of alcohol on a game of roulette.
  • The awkward state Buck was in when the party were interacting with Buck's ex-wife Talindra was very amusing to the other pilgrims. It isn't helped that Talindra likes to tease Buck during the whole time.
  • When Talindra asked the party why they decided to become pilgrims, the answers she got were fame and power (Wurd), the Life Tree and Elythi's survival (Laira), and good whiskey (Fritz).
  • The party, especially Laira, struggled to convince Cecilia the Great that they're pilgrims who came to pick up New Bascay's 'heart' because Cecilia had to put on a show as a gladiator. It eventually escalated into the party having to challenge Cecilia into a cage fight just so they can get the 'heart'.
    • Part of this escalation included Laira trying to get Cecilia's attention by transforming into a bear out of the blue. She's lucky that it didn't end as badly as one would normally expect it to go.
  • Wurd, Buck, and Fritz embraced their gladiator personas as The God King Wurd, The Acolyte, and the Phoenix respectively, complete with costumes. The odd one out was Laira, who didn't bother with a costume or even a gladiator name. Even the cage match's announcer was underwhelmed by this when he was introducing the challengers.
  • The DM Jocat forgot to put the promised 'chairs and tables' in the cage fight. So he had to put them the middle of the fight. Fortunately, he was reminded early in the fight, so it didn't cause too much trouble.
  • The announcer for the cage match has a lot of hilarious lines for his commentary.
Announcer (Jocat): In a twist turn of events, the Phoenix hits a chair with a man!
  • The banter between Wurd and a spellswordsman who was working with Cecilia in the cage match is pretty hilarious, especially due to the latter's poor performance in acting. When Wurd, who called himself the God King for his gladiator persona, asked his opponent how it feels to meet god, the spellswordsman just awkwardly answered that he's surprised that god was a lot smaller than he anticipated. Wurd then whispered to his opponent that he's doing well in acting and reassures him that it'll be alright since the latter would be able to fight for much longer. The spellswordsman understandingly had mixed feelings about that last part.
  • When Cecilia tackles Buck into the caged wall, Wurd's player asked a very funny question:
Runesmith (Wurd): Does the shove feel in any way romantic?
Jocat (DM): No, not at all.
    Buck: This doesn't feel romantic!
Runesmith (Wurd): (pretending to be Buck) This isn't what I wanted!
Laira: Thanks for clarifying that, Buck.
Cecilia: Don't worry. I'm very hands on.
  • During the cage fight against Cecilia and her team, Buck attempts to finish Cecilia off by jumping off a stone pillar and performing a RKO wrestling move on her. Unfortunately, it ended up failing as Buck just crashes into the empty ground, only hurting himself in the process.
    • Buck ended up having the last laugh against Cecilia. Not only did Buck land the finishing blow on the gladiator soon after the failed RKO, but he also dropped his handkerchief of the Soft Shore's inn on top of the unconscious Cecilia's face with this hilarious yet fitting liner:
      Buck: Have a good sleep!
  • It is amusing to watch Wurd try to get Butterscotch the Horse from a guard.
  • When Cecilia got surrounded by the Bloat, she used a low grumbling growl to attack all the nearby Bloats. Unfortunately, Buck got near Cecilia earlier to help protect her. So Cecilia apologized to Buck before letting out her attack. Naturally, Buck got confused by the sudden apology before he sudden got his by the large vibrating growl.
  • During the Bloat attack near New Bascay, Fritz got angry at Laira for getting a new 'bird friend', distressing the latter. This stem from Fritz getting a lot of bad rolls, and Laira getting a lot of good rolls for her summoned Flyby beast.
    • Fritz would get angry at Laira again latter in the same session when Fritz felt insulted upon learning that Laira found growing feathers (when she transformed into a large owl beasts) to feel weird.
  • La Destructora the Destroyer and El Coco make their triumphant return to challenge the pilgrims at New Bascay.
    • The 'great villain' was found to be camping outside the inn where the party were staying at.
    • Upon seeing the scene made by La Destructora, Paula decided that she didn't want anything to do with it and returned back in the inn.
    • When Fritz asked to pet El Coco, La Destructora sounded like she was offended but it turned out she had no problem letting the pilgrim pet her dog (though, not without warning how dangerous El Coco is).
      • This situation escalated in hilariousness when Fritz acted like she got charmed by El Coco.
    • Because Laira failed her Insight check during her first encounter with the 'villain', Laira is convinced that La Destructora is actually dangerous. And during her second attempt in an Insight check on La Destructora, it wasn't much of an improvement in the success rate.
    • After La Destructora fled with El Coco, Buck acted like he was dying after receiving only one damage from the 'villain's' attack. It got even funnier when Buck gave Wurd his hat and said that Wurd would be the new Buck. Rama would then arrive, being understandably confused of the situation.

    Session 10-16: Pallitrios Arc
  • The party started teasing Buck when Buck remarked the awkward coincidence that Mayor Isaac de Valle just happens to be a yellow-eyed tiefling, just like Buck's ex-wife.
  • When Wurd jumped into a well and looted the coins thrown into it, Wurd heard a voice commenting on his actions. Wurd understandably panics at the idea that the well being either haunted or blessed by a divine being, and crying out to Buck to pull him out immediately.
  • During Session 10's skill challenge, some of the situations from the fails were pretty hilarious. These include Buck resorting to tasting a magic component found at the crime scene, Wurd thinking the magic component is for Fireball, and Fritz getting all grumpy after being disrespected by a rude noblewoman.
    • When Wurd pickpocketed Lucia and discovered the same magic component as found in the crime scene, Wurd thought Lucia also knew Fireball.
  • When the party were lying in wait in their trip meant to expose the culprit behind the sentries' destruction, they were anticipating Lucia because of all the flags on her. So they were taken aback when Mayor Isaac showed up instead. Though, it turns out that surprise was just a false alarm and the criminal was instead Lucia.
  • After catching Lucia red-handed in her crime, Buck walked up to her and readied an action to grapple her if she tries to flee. Unfortunately, Lucia used a Misty Step spell to escape without triggering Buck's readied action.
    • Then, it turns out that the party could easily catch up to her because Wurd had Bonus Action dash, Fritz could carry-and-throw Wurd as well as push players forward with Gust of Wind, and Laira had her own Misty Step. The DM was pretty surprised to learn all that.
  • It turns out that, despite being powerful enough to use a strong gravity spell to destroy the sentries, Lucia is laughably weak as Wurd knocked her out in one hit.
  • The Stinger of Session 10 is Fritz getting the shock of her life when she suddenly meets her biological father out of the blue.
  • Buck is shocked and annoyed when he found out that his playing card deck got mixed with Wurd's extra cards meant for cheating purposes.
  • When the party found a Fae boy stowed away in their carriage, they confront him. However, the boy seemed to lack a response and instead looked behind him before looking back at the party. It was only when Fritz angrily shouted at him again that the boy looked at himself and panickily realized his invisibility spell isn't working on him anymore.
  • Liam, the faerie boy stowaway mentioned above, ended up in bad predicament. Not only did he got found hiding in the party's carriage, but he had also been stealing their stuff, eating their food, and even attempting to blackmail the party into letting him go by trying to destroy a dragon's heart (although he didn't realize it was a dragon's heart). Unsurprisingly, after Liam got trapped by Laira's Entangle spell, the whole party is furious enough that they threatened to rip the faerie's wings and even outright kill him since nobody will punish them due to the boy nearly causing the end of Elynthi itself. Liam was understandably horrified of the situation he got himself in.
  • When the party is confronted by La Destructora at Pallitrios, a tumbleweed is seen being pushed by a kid in the background.
  • La Destructora's cardboard spear is shown to be drawn with crayon. It turns out that some children have drawn on it, and those same children are cheering for La Destructora during the fight. The party begins to panic over upsetting the children when they defeat La Destructora.
  • During the party's first night in a Pallitrios inn, Wurd's attempt at stealing coins from a well catches up to him as he is, in fact, haunted by a ghoul, which pops up in front of Wurd from the darkness to show off its grotesque monster face, complete with illustration. Red, speaking above the table shouts "Damnit, Jo, you gotta stop making these guys so fuckable!"
Jo: I was gonna say — while I was drawing this, I'm like "God... the monsterfuckers in the chat are gonna eat this up, aren't they?" Goddamn, we can't have anything horrifying.
  • When Laira found out that No Tails is selling a Bag of Beans that hold the ability to randomly do thinks, she withheld the information from Wurd because she feared what Wurd would do with such an unpredictable object. Unfortunately, Wurd still bought the Bag of Beans and Laira is trying to figure out how to get it away from him.
  • As Buck is trying to give advice to Fritz on confronting the latter's father, the bugbear accidentally came off sounding bloodthirsty when he said that Fritz could ask Wurd to kill her father and the rogue would actually do it. Naturally, Buck panics when he realized how bad that made him sound like.
  • When Astrapio got suspicious of Wurd's ideas for what to do with the machines inside the Research and Creation Center, Astrapio sent a sending spell to someone. Wurd then proceed to send his own sending spell to Astrapio to reassure him that he would behave.
  • When Buck wanted Fritz and her birth father to be left alone for a serious conversation, he lied to Wurd that Buck left behind his mallet and needed Wurd's help in finding. Later on, Fritz and Laira found out that Wurd stole Buck's mallet and Buck is desperately trying to get it back.
  • In an attempt to show off how cool and 'evil' he is to Miquel, Buck took a bit out of an onion from Wurd. He then proceeds to roll a Nat 1. The consequence? Buck finds out that the onion is rotten, leading him to throw up and suffer stomach pains for the rest of the day.
  • Fritz implied that she had an accident when she got bugs in her eyes while flying in the past, which led her to start wearing googles.
  • When Wurd tried out planting one of his magic beans, it ended up growing into a plant that produced six magical eggs. What do the eggs do? When eaten, they have a very small chance to give someone a permeant boost to their ability score and a very high chance to just straight up explode your stomach. Wurd proceeds to try an egg because he doesn't know what they do in-character. He proceeds to fail his save, and almost dies from the internal explosion.
  • After shutting down the Collector Warforge, Wurd attempted to toss the warforge's heart to the floor before the warforge (and Wurd) completely fall down through a hole they made during the battle. As Wurd tosses the warforge's heart, the heart ended up just falling back down towards Wurd.
  • When Fritz was giving Miquel an aerial ride, Miquel convinced her to perform some rather risky aerial maneuvers. After a bad roll, Fritz ended up crashing into the ground while protecting Miquel. Fritz was naturally not having a good time, but Miquel was having a blast and asking Fritz to do it again. By the end of the day, Fritz was completely exhausted from playing with Miquel.
  • Astrapio struggling to drink a strong cup of alcohol as he hasn't been drinking any spirits for a long time.
  • During a skill challenge in collecting information on Lord Eufrasia, Buck ends it in a hilariously bad note. He tried to flirt with a random girl for information, using his All or Nothing Coin for his roll. He gets a Nat 1, and he proceeds to get clapped by the girl.
  • When the party takes a ride on the train created by Sergi, Wurd immediately went to blow the train whistle. Jo then rewarded Wurd with an Inspiration, causing the rest of the party to jokingly want to try to blow the train whistle in order to get Inspirations too.
  • Despite La Destructora finally having a serious fight against the party at Session 16, she unfortunately didn't have much luck during the fight as it was mostly one-sided. This led her to tiredly say that she's getting too old for fighting.
  • During the fight against the Bloat at the train, Buck planned to perform a Rail-Car Separation to separate the party from the Humanoid Bloat. Unfortunately this would mean losing the Lantern of True Sight, as it is located at the back of the train. As a result, the rest of the party considered saving the lantern over Buck, much to Buck's frustration.
    • When the Rail-Car Separation went ahead, Wurd got angry at Buck because his horse treats were also at the back of the train. As a result, Wurd forced Buck to pay him four Gold and some pillows for Begonia.

    Session 17-?: Trevesetta Arc
  • Even after learning that La Destructora is actually just Jidae pretending to be a villain, the party agreed to Jidae's request to continue the fun charade. Jidae clearly is overjoyed, as she quickly takes up the La Destructora persona again before leaving for the inn.
  • Alyandra, Trevesetta's representative in Tigamura, commented on how uncomfortable she is on the fact that her building is located at the end of the train tracks, with only a crystal wall of gravity magic being the thing that separates the two. She even added that the builders clearly did this on purpose due to the people's dislike for Trevesetta.
  • The comedy (and drama) of the party meeting Pamyel Masante, Buck's other ex-wife.
    • When Pamyel angrily confronts Buck during the party's first encounter with her, Laira whispers to Fritz and Wurd on whether or not Pamyel is another ex-wife of Buck. The trio were in the midst of dropping that speculation when Pamyel overheard what Laira said. This leads to Pamyel angrily questioning Buck on how many wives he had, and the rest of the party are shocked upon realizing that Laira was actually right.
    • After finding out that Buck actually had another ex-wife, the rest of the party rightly question how many wives did Buck have.
    • Upon meeting Eekie, Tigamura's blacksmith, the party proceeds to tease Buck by saying that Eekie is Buck's third ex-wife.
  • Eduardo's first appearance was oozing with suspicion. It wasn't hard to find his acting to be sketchy as hell.
  • Fritz found the sleeping Bulettes so cute that she wants to pet one of them. This is despite the fact that they are in a Stealth-Based Mission and that even the baby land sharks are bigger than her.
  • Despite the Stealth-Based Mission going very well, Wurd's player proceed to sabotage it by throwing one of his explosive eggs into the mouth of a sleeping Bulette (land shark). From there, everything started going downhill and the party barely escaped with the harvested flowers before a proper combat started.
    • The reason why Wurd's player did that? It's because Non-Stop Begonia was egging Wurd into killing one of the Bulettes for a trophy.
  • After meeting up with Jidae again in the bar, she proceed to suddenly go into her La Destructora-persona in the middle of a serious conversation. The patrons at the bar were very ecstatic.
    • Pamyel, on the other hand, was not interested in the show. Her disinterest soon turn into exasperation when Buck used the situation to try to look cool and try to get his ex-wife's attention. It isn't help that Pamyel's party is actually enjoying the show.
  • When Wurd and his minions tried to flee the scene after a failed scam and successful heist, one of Wurd's minions tried to take a rock with them because the rock is a witness. After Wurd told him to leave the rock behind, the minion made a 'I'm watching you' motion to the rock before fleeing the scene.
  • When Buck tried to talk to Pamyel so he could properly apologize to her, Pamyel said she would only hear him out if he helped her with hunting a Chimera... alone... Buck reluctantly agreed...
    • When the two found the Chimera grazing, Pamyel told Buck to distract the beast while she shoots it with a special arrow. Buck proceeded to ask Pamyel to not accidentally (or intentionally) shoot him. Buck then realized how bad that sounded as Pamyel proceeded to give the bugbear an intense Death Glare that dealt psychic damage to him.
    • After failing to get the Chimera's attention, Buck used his Wild Surge. He happened to get the power to create small ethereal creatures that would explode. So Buck made an ethereal version of Wurd (the most annoying person he could think of at the time) and blow him up at the Chimera to finally get its attention.
  • When Tyrell attempted to open a portal to the realm of the gods, something clearly when wrong as a Beholder and an army of gazers came out of it. However, because Wurd doesn't know anything about these monsters, Wurd mistook the Beholder for an actual god and mistook the gazers for being angels.
    • When the party returned to town and went to the inn to rest, their injuries immediately got the attention of the patrons there. The party explained that they had to fight a Beholder earlier, which the patrons immediately believed and were amazed by. However, when Wurd added that the Beholder was a god, the patron stopped believing them and said that the party must have fought some sort of illusion. Wurd, who still thought the Beholder was a god, simply chalked it up to a case of Cassandra Truth.
  • During the party's brief fishing trip in session 20, they catch a "chimera chub", a fish with three different heads. Above table, the players decide to Google image search for visuals to see what it looks like... before immediately telling chat to not do so without SafeSearch on as evidently, a "chimera chub" means something significantly different to another side of the internet.
  • While the party was being escorted to Lord Nicholas Tejero, they happened to pass by Lucia (who seemed to have escaped her punishment for destroying the sentries in Vicerli). Fritz then proceeded to get on Lucia's nerve by waving at the noblewoman and trying to get her addition, forcing Lucia's guards to cover her face with a large fan. The party then proceeded to badmouth Lucia with her crimes to Captain Arzire and the other guards, knowing full well that at least some of the guards are under Lucia's control!
  • When Wurd stole one of the special Sending Stones from a Trevesetta guard, Wurd overhears a conversation in the stone how the guards were unable to contact Charlos and immediately suspect that guy must have lost his earpiece. Wurd, out of character, said that Charlos is dead.
  • Wurd stole a Lapis fish from Lord Nicholas and put it in his pocket for when he feeds Begonia later with it. Everyone else is a bit put off with the idea of a fish being stuffed inside your pocket.
    • When Wurd tried to sell off Lapis fish to Chinges, the DM thought Wurd was pulling out the Lapis fish from his pocket and had Chinges react accordingly. Wurd's player had to correct the DM by saying that Wurd got a different Lapis fish for Chinges.
  • When Wurd tried to sell off Lapis fish to Chingles and some other nobles for an extra buck, he failed to achieve his desired results. However, when Fritz tried to sell it off to a noblewoman, she was able to scam the noble out of 3000 gold pieces! Fritz proceeded to rub it in on Wurd.
  • Buck's shocked and confused reaction upon being pleaded for help by Chingles. The pilgrim didn't expect his favorite author to be losing his mind over having to send time in a party with the nobility and rich. Buck even had to slap the man in order to calm him down.
    • Once the party was able to get Chingles out of the noble's party, the author immediately booked it while screaming "Freedom!"
  • Clara, the innkeeper to the expensive premium inn Fuecasa, loves to flirt with her customers. This would fluster Buck pretty easily. As for Wurd, he tries to flirt back and actually succeeds on charming the innkeeper a bit, despite the flirting being on the comedic side.
  • When Fritz tried to plant one of Wurd's magic beans in Wurd's new plot of land, she ended up growing a statue of herself that would badmouth her and people of approach it. It was very weird...
  • The Chameleonair and his Gacha-Gacha ring machine has all sorts of comedy.
    • The Chameleonair, being a greedy man, is understandably irritated when the pilgrims show up with tokens for a free spin at his machine.
    • Some of random and ridiculous rings you can win include a ring that can turn into marbles, a ring that can turn into a chalk, a ring for re-rolling Saving Throws, a ring that allows you to talk to birds, a ring that becomes heavy, a ring that gives you advantage against people named Steve, a ring that can save you from dying, and a ring that is actually a mimic.
    • When Wurd wins that death-defying ring, the Chameleonair visibly chokes over Wurd winning such a powerful ring from him. The chameleon had to force himself to congratulate Wurd on winning that ring.
  • The Bad "Bad Acting" the party had when trying to locate and dispose of the object being used to eavesdrop on them in their hotel room.
    • During the event, the party noticed two guards trying to spy on them. However, because the pilgrims' room was above a floor, the guards struggled to eavesdrop on them. Wurd, using the guards' Sending Stone, was able to listen to one of the guards constantly bothering his colleague on what the pilgrims are doing.
  • When Buck and Fritz saw a Baztan guard tailing Laira and Wurd, Fritz distracted the guard by flying openly in front of the guard (because she knew that flying in Trevesetta is illegal). Predictably, the guard starts chasing down Fritz and orders her to stop flying.
    • When Fritz finally stops flying, she lands on Buck's shoulders like a bird on a bird stand. As a result, Buck can feel Fritz's sharp claws on him.
    • When Fritz learns from the Baztan guard that she needs a permit to fly, both she and Buck intimidating the guard as they bombard him with questions concerning the permit. The guard gets overwhelmed as the duo roll incredibly high in their Intimidation. To top it all off, Fritz was still on Buck's shoulders and was using it to her advantage to be more intimidating.
  • While exploring the swamp in Old Baztan, Buck starts splitting from the party. Buck tries to reassure the others that they are separated by only a bit of swamp water. However, the others, especially Fritz, are concerned due to the terrible visible from the fog and the swamp water's steam being hot enough to visible burn people. It was not even that long since Buck started splitting up from the party, and he is already being attacked by a Bloatmare (a Bloat horse) while the others get ambushed by a Bloat tree.
  • While planning a coup in Trevesetta, the pilgrims speculate the possibility that Father Omar might have been one of the earliest pilgrims in Elynthi. This led Laira to ask the others to not make their own evil cult after the pilgrimage is order. On que, three of the pilgrims looked at Wurd. Wurd then promised not to make an evil organization like Father Omar... before whispering to himself that he would make a better one than the Underthrone Society. Wurd's player then proceed to roll a ridiculously high Deception. The other players then panic when they couldn't roll an Insight check higher than Wurd's Deception.
  • Non-Stop Begonia was able to obtain some pretty important information on Lord Nicholas in the form of written documents and letters. This would be pretty useful to Wurd... except Wurd is illiterate and couldn't read any of them. The demon had to give Wurd the documents to have someone else read for him.
  • When Wurd suggested manipulating Captain Arzire's group and Lucia Baztan's group into fighting each other by killing Lucia and framing it on Captain Arzire, the rest of the party were quick to shoot it down because that plan could easily backfire and lead both groups into fighting them instead. It isn't helped that the party wants to help Captain Arzire. After the conversation was over, Non-Stop Begonia chimed in to say that he thought Wurd's plan was a good idea.
  • While at the ballroom, the party found Liam the fairy hiding under the table. He had been doing a lot of snooping, but his invisibility only works under the shadows. As a result, he is currently stuck under the table and needs the pilgrims help getting out of the ballroom without getting caught. The pilgrims' solution? Have Liam hide under Buck's poncho while they walk back outside the ballroom. Liam isn't thrilled about being sandwiched between Buck's thick fur and Buck's smelly poncho. It is helped when everyone realized that Buck hadn't washed his poncho for quite some time.
  • While exploring the hidden base in Trevesetta, the party found a table with leftover alcohol on it. Wurd tried to convince Fritz to drink some, but Wurd ended up preferring it as "pristine trash". Combined with a Nat 1 on Wurd's Persuasion, and Fritz was convinced to not drink any of the leftover alcohol.
    • When Wurd decided to drink the leftover alcohol himself, he found out that the alcohol was just cheap booze commonly found anywhere. Considering how Wurd was expecting the drink to be better quality coming from the guards of nobles, it is unsurprising how shocked Wurd is upon realizing the massive letdown.
  • An awoken Warforge that the party crossed paths with is currently named Number 7 because he isn't allowed to have a real name while he still has a debt to pay. The party proposed some names for Number 7, but the Warforge wants to name himself Soup Ladle.
    • One of the names that the party proposed for Number 7 happened to be Steve. Why is this important? Because later on, Fritz realized that she could get advantage on attacking Number 7 if he had taken the name Steve. Everyone else had a mixture of horror and amusement over this fact when Fritz's player brought it up.
  • Fritz immobilized a large goliath guard by slipping the Ring of Heavy on the goliath's finger as the former activates it.
    • This leads to a Black Comedy moment later on. After knocking out the goliath guard, Buck tried to pull off the ring after it was deactivated. However, Buck ended up pulling too hard and accidentally ripped off the finger with the ring still attached. The party panics as they realized what just happened. Fritz was so disturbed by this that she refuses to take back her ring since it had been on a detached finger. So Wurd took both the ring and the finger. Apparently, Wurd plans to attach the finger to his "finger necklace".
Jo: Nothing I have prepared can traumatize you guys more than this finger being detached.
  • As the party were planning their ambush on a group of Baztan guards, one of the footmen asked his partner why they were needed here in the experimentation room. As soon as he finished his sentence, the guard is tackled by panther-transformed Laira and starts freaking out.
