Chugga's very enthusiastic pronunciations of the stranger Japanese names.
Commenting on just how...weird KC Mario, an official Gag Seriesmanga for the Mario franchise is.
Chugga defeating the bosses before he can fully explain how to fight them.
Chugga repeatedly wondering why Mario doesn’t wear his hat... Even though he is wearing it, and it’s just a palette limitation.
Chugga's...ahem, advances on Daisy, only to get disappointed by the Bait-and-Switch.

The very existence of this Let's Play is hilarious in itself, especially since it's a fully-fledged and complete, actually serious playthrough, to the point where he changed his profile picture for it. You know he did this as an elaborate joke. The LP itself is a Bait-and-Switch, but not in the way most people thought it would be!
This is the game that debuted Daisy, and by now, Daisy is a well-ingrained Never Live It Down moment.
Barring his joke Let's Play of Mega Man 2, it's his shortest LP ever, clocking in at 35:16 in a single episode, and a bonus video spanning 7:39. The fact it has "Episode 1 [Finale]" in the title makes it even more hilarious.
At one point, a panel from KC Mario's Super Mario Land arc is shown where Mario walks in on a naked man (meant to be a caricature of Hulk Hogan)...but with his armextendingfrom his crotch.
Chugga gets killed by the bane of Jon, an invisible coin block! Though, he feels it's Actually Pretty Funny.
As the credits play, Chugga tells a story about the first time he played the game. He beat it while waiting for food with the other members of The Runaway Guys and commented about how short it was which made ProtonJon repeat and re-iterate that it was a launch title for the Game Boy, to Jon's annoyance. His recounting of the event is also pretty good.
Chugga, as Jon: Well, it was a launch title for the Game Boy. Chugga: Yeah, but usually it's more than twelve— Chugga, as Jon:Launch title for the Game Boy. Chugga: Yeah, but— Chugga, as Jon:LAUNCH TITLE FOR THE GAME BOY.

When discussing the game's second quest: "It's saving Daisy on hard."
