Ep 7: This Lady Knight is Too Doglike
  • When Seiya is slapping Rosalee, it initially appears like him just being his callous and socially obtuse self. In reality, he is demonstrating why he sees the soldiers being killed as Rosalee's fault. She is too driven by revenge and an inability to recognize the strength of her opposition. This way he can drive the point home in a way where only she is hurt.

Ep 9: This Reaper is Just Too Invincible
  • The minor deities who attempted to stop Crossed Thanatos in the Divine Realm all seem to be just goofing around, not taking the threat seriously. In fact, a trio even invoked exaggerated poses a la JoJo's Bizarre Adventure when introducing themselves, and there were two Expy gods from Street Fighter that looked like Akuma and E. Honda, seemingly just messing around and getting swatted like flies. What justifies their motivations for not taking things seriously? It's because the deities in the Divine Realm do not die, so Crossed Thanatos is not actually a problem in their eyes. Think of it like how Deadpool is just joking around in his fights because he is immortal.
    • There's also likely the fact that, if Valkyrie is any indication, all gods are inherently handicapped (even in the divine realm) because they're too powerful at their best. If even one god(dess) is capable of straight-up eliminating a dimension-breaking threat like the Reaper, imagine what they could do to each other if tempers started flaring? As such, it makes sense that the divine realm is a sort of mutual non-aggression zone; these gods all admit that they're powerful, but leave their truly-dangerous abilities behind at the door to get along/ensure that humans they train actually have a fair chance, and only invoke their real powers when it's truly necessary.

Ep 10: This Man is Too Strong for Being So Old
  • The Warmaster was cursed by the Demon Lord of Gaeabrande to be turned into a baby when he fights. But this is an S-Rank world, why would an over-prepared Demon Lord spare an enemy (Especially if you compare it to the acts of the Four Demon Kings, who would outright kill or torture their targets)? Because at that point, he already thought of making the Warmaster Wohlks as his ally and found a use for him.

Ep 11: The Truth is Too Much to Bear
  • The anime adaptation gave Ixphoria's Demon Lord a giant toad design. While the design seems hard to take seriously, it fits with the recurring aesop that one shouldn't underestimate enemies, since the Demon Lord pulled a surprise victory with his second life. The toad design can also be seen as foreshadowing of the beastkin, the first demon faction to be encountered in the second arc.
