• Fridge Brilliance kicks in at the end when a few things make you realise it definitely wasn't All Just a Dream, (and not just the the obvious ones such as the staff being absent); the one factor is Jason himself, even if he had been Taught by Television, and suddenly recognized the philosophy, he wouldn't have had the endurance imparted to him- such as the infamous splits training- if he was still in his present day body, and it wouldn't have the tone and hardening brought upon by his Training from Hell to tank blows well as he does in the fight with the thugs.
• The reason the Silent Monkey King looks the way he does? Because the Monkey King made him in the image of his old friend Tang Sanzang.
