Fridge Brilliance:
- At first it seem odd that an angel recently fallen to earth would make a lighthearted comment about Cronuts when trying to convince Sam to accept him. However when you consider that his success relied on convincingly imitating Dean, what would sell this better than a Shout-Out to a delicious, trendy hybrid food. Although, one could have gone with a Pumpple Cake (Pumpkin Pie, Apple Pie, and Cake) or a Bronut (Cronut + Bacon).
He might want to stay away from Turducken (Duck and Chicken Stuffed in a Turkey) given the events of "How to Win Friends and Influence Monsters" (S07, Ep09).
Fridge Horror:
- Now that all the angels are on the look out for strong vessels, it seems unlikely that Claire Novak will remain undisturbed. She may end up being possessed by an angel despite Jimmy Novak's sacrifice.
- In season ten, we find out that she made it out unscathed.
Fridge Logic:
- Randolph, New York, is a small town of about 2,700 people, and does not have a hospital. 15 miles away in Jamestown, New York, there is a hospital with the ability to perform EEG studies.
- In the teaser, the computer to Sam's right is tilted so the keyboard is facing Sam. Typically computers at the bedside in the ICU are for staff to enter and review data and the keyboard would be tilted away from the patient to allow staff to use it.
- Sam's hair looks too clean and neat to have had an EEG, which requires attaching over a dozen electrodes to the scalp with glue.
- If Crowley is able to knock on the trunk loud enough to be heard, why isn't he raising a ruckus so someone contacts authorities or tries to get him out?
- Isn't there a Devil's Trap inside the trunk? He'd have to explain to someone why he can't get out of that. Alternatively, he'd just been given large amounts of human blood, so he probably wasn't in his right mind.
