Fridge Brilliance

  • In "The Sith Lord", Darth Sidious is seen covering his face when Yaddle opens the hanger bay door. While he's likely blinded by being in the dark so long, he's also likely trying to conceal his face since the light would make it easier for Yaddle to identify him should she manage to escape.
  • In "Practice Makes Perfect", though it was Anakin's whole Training from Hell regime that helps Ahsoka become a formidable fighter capable of surviving Order 66 when it happened, Captain Rex himself also plays a major role in making that happen as well. During the initial training sessions, Rex withheld from participating himself because Ahsoka already had her hands full with just his clone troopers. As she becomes more skilled after a Time Skip, however, Rex finally decides to step in and hit Ahsoka with a stun shot she didn't see coming from her back. This is actually the same position Rex would be firing at her for real when Order 66 finally happened. This time, she's able to block Rex's live shots fired from her back, because she already learned how to do so from the man himself during their training.
  • "Life and Death" (Season 1, Episode 1) explains why the Jedi take Force-sensitive children to be raised away from their families, however seemingly cruel it seems. Ahsoka was able to keep a saber-toothed tiger from not only eating her but to give her a ride back to her home village. That much raw power would be dangerous to leave to grow up without the strict discipline that the Jedi maintained. Think Firestarter.
  • Wonder how Dooku figured out how Rako Hardeen was Obi-Wan? In "Choices" Dooku is shown to dig deeper into things when things don't add up. The Jedi Council was clearly so arrogant to think Dooku could fall for it.
    • This plus what Dooku says about Qui-Gon singing Obi-Wan's achievements in "The Sith Lord" also makes sense.

Fridge Horror

  • In the last episode of Season 1, Ahsoka calls for Senator Bail Organa's help in taking the farmer's family - the only survivors of their village - to safety. Chances are they are sent to resettle on Alderaan...and we all know what will happen to the planet a few years later.
    • Worth noting is that their counterparts in the Ahsoka novel, Kaeden and Miera, survived the destruction of Alderaan as they were with the Rebellion fleet at the time.
  • In "Justice" we see the darkness within Dooku while Qui-Gon is present, along with giving us a potentially interesting piece of history between the two. As soon as Dooku starts chocking the senator, Qui-Gon tries to intervene, only for Dooku to push him away with the Force. Instead of trying again, Qui-Gon immediately goes to free the senator's son, likely figuring that it was the only way to stop his master peacefully. Something tells me that this isn't the first time Qui-Gon had to witness his master dancing with the dark side like that.
