Fridge / Santa Claus: The Movie

• Fridge Brilliance: When Cornellia catches Santa and Joe in her house delivering presents, Santa mutters that he hates when this happens, implying that others have seen him when he's delivering gifts. This makes perfect sense, since someone had to have seen him over the centuries in order to give a description of his appearance and M.O. that we now all recognize.

• Fridge Horror: The candy canes were obviously far more potent, and they took longer to kick in. B.Z. ate around six and the result was flying up to his demise in space. Certainly several children would have met this fate as well after stuffing their faces with the candy canes.
  • That was probably averted, though, since the candy canes hadn't actually been released yet. Christmas... TWOOOOO!!! was planned for March, and the movie's finale occurs in January.
