Fridge Brilliance
- In "The Green Glow," we find out that Harry's species shares a (very) distant common ancestor with the octopus. Not only is the octopus one of the smartest invertebrates, but the two species also shares some similar traits such as the ability to camouflage themselves as other organisms to an extent, going Out with a Bang, and blue blood.
- In "An Alien in New York," Harry refers to the dog Murphy as male, despite Sahar clearly referring to the dog as female in "Family Day." It's not surprising that Harry would get it wrong - his own people have been previously established as having no sex organs and genders.
- At the alien convention, Harry riffs off catty critiques of most of the species that the alien connoisseurs have posted on the wall. He then delivers a surprising line for humor's sake by saying that a certain species of bird people are "surprisingly pleasant." Two whole seasons later, Harry falls completely in love with a bird alien.
- It seems odd that D'Arcy would consider herself a failure in life. She is a successful small-business owner, the life of the party, and must have been one of the top three mogul skiers in the entire country at one point. However, this is Truthin Television as many Olympians struggle with post-Olympic depression.
