Fridge Brilliance

  • Liv's 15 when Sing It Loud is cancelled and she goes home. Still being a minor and nowhere near immature-looking enough to play much younger, she might as well take a couple years off from Hollywood for a normal high school experience.
  • In "Grandma-A-Rooney", it comes off as a surprise that Karen only allows "twin-switch-a-roos" for a good cause. If one remembers back to "Champ-a-Rooney", this was why Karen allowed Liv to stand in for Maddie, who wanted to get back together with Diggie, because she considered love to be a good enough cause.
  • In “Premier-a-Rooney” Parker says that the rules of the Slippery Sausage Toss are a metaphor for life (e.g. if you fail to catch a sausage you’re out) in the very next scene Joey is shown to be a horrible catch during practice, demonstrating that he is a failure in life.'
  • Dove Cameron's cover of "On Top of the World" is the only song on the soundtrack that isn't original to the show - which makes sense when you consider that, In-Universe, it's a song Liv sang on Sing It Loud, which by all appearances is this universe's version of Glee, a show that primarily features covers of existing songs.
