From the Disney World special: the creepy bellhop that appears in the Tower of Tower happens to be the same cast member that appeared in the Step by Step Disney World episode. This makes perfect sense, because the two shows exist in the same universe.
Fridge Horror
Episodes like "A Test of Friendship" and "Flying Blind" feature criminals who seek revenge against Carl for locking them away; the villain in the latter episode, Tony the Ferret, even states that he had been actively tracking Carl for weeks. This begs the question: just how many crooks are out there targeting him behind his back? Carl may be a good cop, but the job has definitely taken a toll on his family's safety.
Urkel's locker combination corresponds to Laura's bust/waist/hip measurements. What kind of psychotically obsessed pervert must he be to have gotten that information? Did he outright somehow steal her clothes/underwear? Did he stare at her long enough to figure it out?
"We're Going to Disney World" has Laura tampering with the transformation chamber so that Steve could remain Stefan. This leads to him proposing to her and declaring that he'll never turn back into Steve again. Well, it's a good thing that Laura changes her mind and tells him to turn back, otherwise she would've been responsible for essentially killing Steve.
