Upon his arrival he's assigned someone from the NYPD to be his body guard, who, as Basil deduces, is actually a woman in disguise, a reporter named Nellie Brie.
- Comments: A really good story and a wonderful crossover, as well as a story being able to tie up plot holes in a series. The romance between Basil and Nellie is really sweet and well written.
Olivia Goes West by Masked Bard

- Synopsis: A year has passed since Basil's battle with Ratigan atop Big Ben, and the Flavershams have moved to the American West to put that horror behind them. However, once arriving in Green River, Olivia's father is kidnapped once again. Can Olivia hone her detective skills to save him? Luckily, she'll get a little help from one Fievel Mousekewitz! (Sequel to Basil's American Tail).
- Comments: A great story and a good sequel, like the romance between Basil and Nellie the romance between Fievel and Olivia was really sweet and well written.

- Comments: Absolutely marvelous, though sadly shorter than it ought to be. What the film itself only hinted at is fleshed out just a little bit more in this fic, as one particular human begins to take note of the world of talking mice.
