Marge's Confessions by J. Watson

  • Recommended by Jackie-SugarSkull
  • Status: Complete
  • Synopsis: "Marge Thompson awaits Nancy's return. Apparently, there were other victims besides the children."
  • Comments: This is an interesting look as to what could've been going through Marge's mind during the time between Nancy leaving the house after their argument over Fred Krueger, to her returning to find the bars on the windows. It even includes references to Freddy's Dead: The Final Nightmare and Freddy's Nightmares.

Crossover Fics

The Wardrobe to Nightmares by Denizen1.

  • Recommended by The Sword Of The Lictor
  • Status: Complete
  • Synopsis: A crossover with The Chronicles of Narnia. Lucy has a very personal nightmare where she encounters a certain burned man wearing a fedora hat.
  • Comments: After decades of Villain Decay, it is nice to read a story where Freddy is actually scary again. Gone is the dark humor, and the whole fic from beginning to end drips with dread and despair, and many aspects of the Chronicles of Narnia are depicted as having somewhat disturbing implications, some clear inspiration from works like The Problem of Susan.

We Are Nothing by Ruskbyte

  • Crossover with A Nightmare on Elm Street.
  • Recommended by: DrWillHatch45, Looney Toons, feral
  • Status: Dead
  • Synopsis: Snape's Occlumency lessons have shattered the last defences of Harry's mind. Now, completely unprotected, his dreams have become home to a nightmare other than Voldemort. A nightmare that has taken on a life of its own.
  • Pairing(s): Ginny and a minor Ravenclaw character named Michael Corner.
  • Warnings: Very gory, strong language, and some racial and sexist epithets(all of them by Freddy).
  • Has a Trope Page
