After a few samples, you will be able to judge whether you might be interested in the fanfic, based on who recommended it. No-name recommendations will be zapped. Nobody would back up the rec. Discussion of the recommendation is welcome on the discussion page. As such discussion is important, do remember to add the discussion page to the watchlist, if need be.

- Synposis: Izumi, a Fourthborn Witch who had given up on becoming a powerful magician years ago, receives a letter addressed to her father. It requests assistance in the following two endeavors: 1: The restoration of the Mankai Coven, 2: The Education of a Firstborn Witch named Sakuya.
- Comments: An Urban Fantasy Alternate Universe fanfic, in which Mankai Company is a magician's coven full of magic users and other supernatural beings instead of actors. The author does a good job of establishing the worldbuilding of the universe and the banter between the characters is as hilarious as it is in the source material (if not more). Even if fantasy isn't your forte, this troper believes that this fic is a must-read for anyone in the fandom.

- Synopsis: Homare thought back at the moment when he used the Loupe of Sincerity, and his heart became heavy. All he asks was forgiveness, and he hoped that his new family could grant him just that.
- Comments: A beautifully sad exploration of Homare's thoughts at using the Loupe of Sincerity. The characterization of the other Winter Troupe characters is very well done as well.
The Disparity Between Mankai Tasuku and Little Bro Tax by derireo

- Synopsis: Izumi catches Fuyuki blatantly bringing a Christmas tree into the dorm while donning a red suit. He says it's for his little bro, Tasuku, but it's July. There's literally no reason for this.
- Comments: A funny one-shot featuring the Takato brothers and Izumi with top-notch characterization. Fuyuki gets a lot of focus and his antics are certainly a blast to read.

- Comments: This multi-chapter fic focuses on the relationship of Hisoka and Homare and features Chikage and Itaru. It starts off with a gripping, suspenseful beginning, and the characterization is very well done, as well as their dynamics. Contains spoilers for Scarlet Mirror event.

Contains references to Last Planet, but as this is written during the countdown and the actual play has dropped, they may not be very accurate anymore.
