On April 2019, the crossover fanfic universes Tokimeki PokéLive! and TwinBee and Wonder DigiIdolmaster crossed over with each other for an action packed somewhat darker story than usual called Multidimensional Dark Masters, with not only characters from Pokémon, Love Live!, Tokimeki Memorial, Twinbee, Digimon, The Idolmaster and Wonder Momo but also guest stars from Sonic the Hedgehog, Mega Man, Super Mario Bros., The Three Caballeros, Doki Doki Literature Club! and Ensemble Stars! joining our favorite monster battlers and idols as well in their fight against the Dark Masters.

This crossover story arc contains examples of:
- Beware the Nice Ones: Rina, after getting hit by Puppetmon's nose.
- Crisis Crossover: The plot involves the IdolMon AU versions of characters from Pokémon, Digimon, Love Live!, The Idolmaster, Tokimeki Memorial, Twinbee and Wonder Momo along with characters from the guest franchises mentioned above teaming up to stop the Dark Masters from merging Love Live!Earth with Digimon/Idolmaster!Earth.
- Darker and Edgier: And how! Even though there are some breather chapters that also have some funny moments in them on occasion that feel more like the main stories in Tokimeki PokéLive! and Twinbee proper, for the most part, the stakes are quite high complete with mentions of death and murder being out in the open (Case in point:Rina's threat to turn Puppetmon into broken twigs with her Kartana being the closest thing anyone will ever see to a Love Live! character giving a death threat!), more usage of vulgar/swear words compared to the usual stories for both universes, and Piedmon wanting to cause no less than the Apocalypse by merging Love Live!Earth with Digimon/Idolmaster!Earth for some examples.
- Idol Singer: Averted due to the threat of the Dark Masters taking over and then merging the character's respective worlds.
- Myth Arc: This crossover chronicles the team-up of the Nijigasaki Academy Pokémon Trainer's Club and the 765 Pro DigiDestined as well as various allies who join them in their battle against the Dark Masters.
- Mythology Gag: Mimi mentions that her and the other DigiDestined have fought the Dark Masters before to Hilda and her friends, which is a reference to the Dark Masters arc of the original Digimon Adventure anime.
- Original Character: In addition to Yoko Catherine Osaka White and Elesis "Ellie" Kashiwagi Kousaka, there's also Midori Woodguard, a young elf woman and Allen Moonlit, a lunarian, the former two being characters created by the writer while the latter two are characters created by the writer's friend, Hans Campanella.
- Shout-Out: In Chapter 3, Yuri Mido calls MetalSeadramon "Beady eyed" in a manner not unlike Esther Anderson.
