BloodRayne: Chronicles of Blood is a series of BloodRayne Fan Fics written by The History Queen
. It currently consists of two fics: the completed Origins and the ongoing The Antebellum Thirties.
Origins, hence its name, serves as an Origin Story for Rayne, while The Antebellum Thirties is an expanded retelling of the events of the first game.

This series contains examples of the following tropes:
- Adaptation Expansion: The Antebellum Thirties serves as this for the first game, filling in such things as what happened in the five-year Time Skip between the game's Louisiana and Argentina chapters.
- Ascended Extra: In the original game, Marassa was only mentioned as collaborating with Jürgen Wulf and never actually seen. Here, she has a more active role and physically appears, being more of a threat to Rayne.
- Big Applesauce: Rayne was born in New York, and the entire first act of Origins takes place in the city.
- But for Me, It Was Tuesday: In Origins chapter 20, Ophelia doesn't recognize Rayne, revealing herself to have personally "picked out" women for Kagan to rape. It isn't until the next chapter that she remembers assisting in the slaughter of Rayne's family.
- Butterfly of Death and Rebirth: As revealed in Origins chapter 2, it was the sight of a butterfly that helped Eliza regain her sanity after Kagan's rape drove her insane.
- Despair Event Horizon: Rayne comes close to crossing it in Origins chapter 21, after Ophelia shows her illusions of her family and implants it in her head that they secretly hated her. Then she recalls her mother's Dying Declaration of Love and snaps out of it.
