Eye Scream / Rocko's Modern Life

Go To

Rocko's Modern Life seems to have a lot of fun with eyeballs. And don't even get started on The Fatheads...

  • How do you initiate the directory in "Who Gives a Buck"? You poke the eye icon on the directory. The directory even says a (deadpan) "Ouch".
  • In "Boob Tubed", a TV sucks Heffer's brain out through his own twisting, elongated eyeballs.
  • Rocko's toad boss extends his own eyes and shoves them into Rocko's sockets when intimidating him.
  • Mrs. Fathead bludgeons Mr. Fathead with a parking meter and one of his eyeballs shatters like glass. Then the elf living in his eye becomes irate.
  • "Gaze into my Nipples of the Future."
  • In another episode Rocko, when he becomes a giant, gets punched in the eye by Really Really Big Man.
  • In the Halloween special, Rocko gets a piece of candy lodged in his eye socket and Filbert pulls it out, causing his eye to stretch and snap back in place.
  • When Rocko gets contact lenses, Heffer checks them out by poking at them.
  • Then there was that hammerhead shark who was a batter, and took a baseball straight to one eye, which got knocked through his head and into the other end, dislodging the other eyeball completely. He was fine later, but damn.
  • In another episode, Rocko gets asked to Turn Your Head and Cough while the doctor is clenching his eyeballs.
  • In "Popcorn Pandemonium", a baby seated next to Rocko pulls his eye out and begins chewing on it while it's still in its socket.
  • In "No Pain, No Gain", one of the exercise machines at the gym puts suction cups on Rocko's eyes and pulls on them.
  • In "Canned", when Rocko gets a job as a product tester at Conglom-O and Ed purposely tries to get him killed with the inventions, Rocko tries out a machine that changes the shape of the user's nose. It works for him, but when Ed tries to use it he remembers that he has no nose, and the machine turns his eyes into noses.
  • "Leap Frogs" has the scene where Bev gets her eyes caught in her VCR and her nerves end up very stretched out and tangled up. Rocko reverses it with the rewind function on the remote.
  • In "Tee'd Off", Mr. Noway instructs Ed to throw the golf game by hitting his ball in the opposite direction while pulling his eyes out and throwing them into a pond.
  • In Static Cling, a flashback of Rachel as a baby shows her chewing Ed's eye, which the latter takes pride in.
